China Glaze Nail Lacquer, Luxe and Lush, 0.5 Fluid Ounce

I bought Luxe and Lush. I love this color, it was exactly what I expected it to be. I posted some pictures to show the color shift of the flecks, and they don't look as good as they do in person. Light bounces off of the flecks and it shifts from pink to orange to green. In some of these pictures the flecks look blue or purple but they don't look like that in person. I hope this review was helpful to anyone who is interested in purchasing this product. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase, and I would recommend it to anyone. I don't have a problem with the flecks falling off because I applied a good top coat to keep them in place. I'm excited to experiment with different nail colors and throw this polish on top to create different nail looks.

Luxe and Lush is a cellophane glitter suspended in clear polish. It give a really unique look to all different colors of polish. The glitter appears a little different, depending on the color of the base coat. Most colors cause it to pick up gold tones with a sort of aurora borealis color change. China Glaze is great nail polish, so there is never a question of quality with their products. The only con I have is that this is one of the toughest polishes to remove that I've ever used. It really takes some elbow grease to remove the glitter flakes, and it's a bit messy because they don't stick to the cotton ball...just fall all over the place when removed. Other than that, I love the look!

If you're hesitating to buy this, don't! This instantly became one of my favorite polishes.It has different effects over different color polishes, and stands out from "regular" glitter.Has an opalescent or holographic shine, with different size flakes of glitter. The cloudy medium doesn't look dull; it looks clear and shiny like clear polishes.I HIGHLY recommend this product and will be purchasing more myself!I use OPI's Drip Dry polish drying drops, and Seche Vite top coat. I layer this polish pretty thick to get tons of sparkle; it still dries nearly instantly using the Drip Dry drops. The glitter flecks are easy to collect on the brush and apply / manipulate so my mani or pedi looks exactly how I want!

From the images provided, I thought this would look like an opal stone on my nails. It's more like confetti, and it's not that thick with the glitter and sparkles. I can certainly add another layer, but I already have a base coat of another color.It's great for the New Year celebration, or any other party event. It is pretty.

Luxe and Lush by China Glaze is very similar to Sally Hansen's Hidden Treasure or Nubar 2010. Basically it's an opalescent flaky. It's an awesome color and flashes from red to green to gold to blue depending upon how the light hits it. It tends to look best over darker colors but looks nice over pale tones and mutes as well.My only complaint is that it's a tad thick, and the flakes don't always apply evenly. Sometimes I have to apply two coats for a heavier effect and by that point it can start looking a little gunky. Careful application is key here.Still, I highly recommend this polish. Every girl should have a polish like this because it is incredibly versatile.

When I read reviews of this polish (Lux and Lush) people complained all over the place about how it didn't have enough glitter in it.The polish is irregular shaped glittery foil and therefore you can't just paint it on. You have to dab it and move things around a bit but it is very rewarding once you do! It is a really nice alternative to glitter for those who don't like it (like me) and it has a lovely range of colors.One coat of dabbing/poking was enough but I went ahead and did two just for fun. A friend said it looked like a mermaid. :-)Love the polish and it is perfectly District 1!

I used this as a top coat over a colored polish and it made the polish chip off with in a day. I tried it with different polishes and it did the same with them all, so it's for sure this stuff. Pretty though...too bad.

I love this top coat! I put it on usually over China Glaze's "For Audrey" and "Peachy Keen." I highly recommend getting it with a peach color, it seems to accent "Luxe and Lush" the most. Be warned, it is a very thick polish and requires a long time to dry, and you must put a top coat over it. These beautiful shards of glitter catch and pull if you don't! Other than that, it is a wonderful and playful glitter coat.

This polish is STUNNING I love it the way you can layer it over other colours and the flakes will appear differently. For example you could layer over black( or dark polishes) for a nice autumn look . Layer it over white or pastels and looks grade for spring and summer and over a light blue it reminds me of the ocean . GREAT product and I would definitely buy this again . I also saw a ciate polish identical to this and it was £15 so this is an awesome and much cheaper dupe 💅🏼💅🏼💅🏼💅🏼💅🏼💅🏼💅🏼👍👍👍👍👍👍

China Glazeのネイルは一般の方のブログなどを見ていて欲しかったのですが取り扱い店舗もわからず、通販でも滅多に見かけません。特に人気のある色や限定色になると国内では入手不可のようで‥この色も諦めていたのですが、Amazonで見つけて注文させていただきました。以前、Amazonで他の店舗のネイルを注文した時は海外取扱いということで日数がかかるのは承知していたのですが、半月以上待った上に商品が間違って届いてガッカリしていたので心配でしたが、無事に届きました。トップコートとして使用していますが、オーロラのような乱切りのフレークが美しいです。ベースになる色の塗りがちょっと失敗した時に上から塗るのにも便利です。フレークは直射日光の下ではオレンジっぽく輝きますが、蛍光灯の下ではブルーやグリーンに輝きます。ホログラムや偏光とはちょっと違っていて素敵な色です♪

注文してからずっと届きません。一緒に注文した他の商品は届いているのでそのうち届くだろうと思いますが、届く前に評価の催促が何度もくるので辛口の評価で。

Exactement ce q je voulais. Je le recommande sur un vernis clair, il aura des reflets changeants passant du bleu au rose comme des petits bouts de nacre collés sur les ongles. Si c'est porté sur un vernis foncé il aura plutôt tendance à avoir un reflet doré, joli aussi mais moins discret. Dépend ce q l'on recherche. Par contre il a du relief, donc on le sent et il part relativement vite sur les doigts les plus utilisés. Mais ça reste la petite touche fantaisie vraiment classe je trouve.

Basically it is just lumps of glitter in clear varnish, but the lumps are "too lumpy" they stand out too much and it is the most difficult polish to remove - the lumps are determined to stick to your nails no matter what! I thought it worth a try but I won't be using it again.
