So happy, I ordered more!
These pants are awesome. I'm 5’7, just over 200, approx 43-inch hips so I ordered the x large regular length. They are slightly baggy but the waist is elastic with a drawstring. Very comfy. I love them! I ordered a second pair in a large. They fit very well. Still plenty of room. The fabric is nice, wrinkle-free, and looks great. They washed nice, with no fading or shrinking. I ordered the black. The fabric keeps its rich color. Order them! But I would suggest you don't size up. They are ample.

So comfortable
These are my absolute favorite scrub pants. They are stretching enough that you can do pretty much anything in them. They're lightweight and fit loose enough to be comfortable, but still flattering. I love that they have belt loops so I can attach my keys to the belt loops. I have not had much luck finding scrubs with belt loops

Good for +Sizes, Comfy, Flexible, but Long
I am 5'10" & +size. I normally wear between 24-26 size jeans, or 4x pants. I carry most my weight in my thighs/butt/hips area, with a smaller top & waist (aka: pear shaped). I don't usually order pants online because it's difficult to tell if the fit/cut will work for me. I ordered them because I needed pants for work, somewhere between casual & dressy. Being summer that's hard to come by, and I didn't want to have to rely on $40+ dress pants to get by. In the end someone suggested scrubs, and I'm glad they did! After reading a few reviews I decide to try the 4x size. I was pleasantly surprised by these pants. They fit great!PROS:-Not too baggy or tight in the thighs, even when sitting.-The drawstring means I can have it as tight as I want around my waist. Though it is a looong drawstring.-The pockets are amazing! (after dealing with tiny or fake pockets in every other style of pant I was so excited for normal pockets here!)-The fabric is soft, thin (great for summer!), and surprisingly flexible. Not uber stretchy, but enough that it doesn't hinder bending and movement.CONS (kindof):-I did notice that there seems to be extra room/fabric in the front. What happens is I can pull up the front to past my navel, but the back sits lower. Now this may be because my butt takes up more fabric haha. Or the cut could actually be leaving more room in front than back, it's hard to tell (If I didn't have a larger backend I wonder if I'd have a problem with these sliding down?) Kind of results in a lopsided fit, but not a deal-breaker. Though I do have to check or tug them up a little in the back every now and then.-It's about 3" too long. Being 5'10" this is not a problem I usually have! The bottom of the pant legs have a ~3" slit on the outside of the legs. That's 3" that I don't need. If I don't pull the pants up as high as possible then I'm walking on them. If you wear the same size but are shorter then I am then you're may need to hem these in some way.I did also order and try the elastic band version of these Dickies Women's Scrubs Xtreme Stretch Fit Elastic Waist, Black, 4X-Large , same size (4x). They were the perfect length (they didn't have the slit & extra 3" for some reason). The thick elastic band seemed durable and wasn't too tight or loose. But the thigh area felt just a bit tighter then the drawstring version. I don't know why, perhaps it's because of how the fabric is gathered & sown to the elastic band. It was enough of a difference that I prefer the extra room/fabric of the drawstring style (especially for when you sit and your thighs do the pancake/spreading out thing haha). Other then the slight length & fit differences, the fabric & pockets were the same on both.

So comfy!
These pants wash well, fit great, look funly stylish. I have 8 pair and wear most every day. Not a nurse, they are just great every day pants. I'm 124# 5'3" and wear a small. I don't make a bow with waist band, just a half a knot and slide the stings inside to the side. Wash well.

Very long and difficult to keep on but comfortable
I am a large woman (430 lbs) wearing a 5XL of these and they fit okay. Maybe even a bit big. But, they stretch when I sit and bend and are quite comfortable. They feel sturdy not like they'll rip. If I was using them as pajamas they'd be great and even at my sit down all day job they work but would suck for an active job. Having 3 large pockets is great for a wallet, large phone, and various other stuff.A huge plus for me is that my super shedding dog's hair does not stick to these! I've been buying patterned clothes just to cover up the fact that I have animal hair on them. His hair doesn't stick around. The real issue is that they are LONG. I'm nearly 6 feet tall and they drag about 2-3 inches onto the ground even wearing them at my belly button. They are also very hard to keep up. The tie has some stretch and tends to relax and is difficult to pull tight enough. If you pull it tight enough to stay up when you stand, when you sit it will dig in. Since the tie stretches it can thin out when you knot them and make the knot difficult to take out. When you take them off, if you have something heavy in the side of thigh pocket near the knee it will come out of the pocket at the slightest lean where the leg isn't straight up and down. They can also get warm and sweaty if you're doing anything in them where it's warm.

Perfect pants for my needs
Super light weight and cool. I ordered my size. The length was too long and I hemmed those up. The waist-to-crotch length was just right. Appreciate the adjustable draw string.

My go-to scrub pants
I have worn Dickies Scrub pants for years. They are comfortable, flexible and flattering. I'm 5'5 and they are a touch long on me. I wear the Regular length. They also run a tad large but I usually wear a medium-large pant size and I buy a Large and they fit good with lots of room.

My favourite scrub bottoms!
The only scrub trousers I’ll buy - robust, flattering and affordable. I wear these scrub bottoms every day and they haven’t shown any sign of wear and tear after over a year of heavy use. So comfortable, just like wearing pyjamas!

Size runs large
I want to love these pants, I really do. I have others that I prefer much more than these though. Ordinarily, I wear a women's size xl, but I had to return for a smaller size. That being said, they are a comfortable material & cut. I do wish they had a better elastic in the waistband. The tie sometimes loosens through a long day of waking & bending. I find I have to pull them back up & tighten the drawstring repeatedly throughout my shift at work.
