Like most people, I have severe issues trying to digest American bread and wheat. It's all poison. It's horrible, it makes you sick and bloated, I just can't touch it.This, however, presents no such issues!Thanks to the lack of additives and poisonous processing measures, I can eat as much of this as I please, and even lose weight in the process! I've been pairing this with a simple bread maker, and the resulting loaves are both tasty and easy on the body, providing a fantastic source of clean carbs to power me through the more physical aspects of my work/life routine, with no stomach issues!For those looking to escape the many traps of American wheats and breads, I would absolutely recommend trying this product! Best pizza dough!
My son got a pizza oven for Christmas and it’s been a mess trying to find the right dough recipe! This flour is my go to! It’s perfect and makes the perfect pizza dough! The texture is amazing. It smells amazing and it’s a huge bag so you get what you pay for!

Absolutely fantastic. I’ve bought this over and over again to make bread and pizza crust. I have a gluten intolerance that causes inflammation but love fresh homemade bread and I can eat this everyday without issues!! Great value for the price and the bread made with this flower tastes amazing! I can’t say enough great things about this!

The most flavorful flour
This flour makes the best bread! I use it to make a multigrain bread. Mixing in numerous grains and other organic ingredients to make a nutritious loaf of bread.I have heard buying organic flour from Italy and making breads and other pastries with this type of flour, the gluten intolerant may be able to eat this brand flour. I have yet to try it for the gluten intolerant.What I found is one of the best bread making flours ever!
