Q: are these able to reduce fuel flow from stock ones in new carb. i need to lower fuel amount

this kit is to jet your carb. as in up or down. if you need to slow the flow put a pressure regulator on [which you should have put on at the same time as the weber.

you will probably need to jet it. you can go to webers web sight to get instructions on how to tell if you need to jet carb
