Walleva Replacement Lenses for Oakley XX/Old Twenty (before 2011 version) Sunglasses - 10 Options Available

I bought these "Ice Blue Polarized" in 2015, and they are now 2 years old. I am very hard on lenses - I put them in my pocket, sometimes with keys (I dislike it, but you do what you gotta do). I clean them with inappropriate materials all the time (my shirt, a kitchen cloth), so I am trying to say that I have been pretty darn rough on these lenses, and they've done great. Now, about 2 years old, they are worn out. Not bad for 20 bucks, really, I would buy them again I think.For the true oakley fans - these lenses are not as clear nor crisp as real oakley lenses. For 20 bucks, if you expect to get Oakley quality lenses, I think you're crazy. Love to hear if you've found that quality for such a low price. So these have never been "as clear" as the real oakley lens, but again, for the money they are excellent.I just got a new pair of Oakleys (after 15 years, I decided I could splurge a bit). I'm now shopping for replacement lenses for my backup XX, and I very well may buy these lenses again. Will update if I find time. Cheers all!Update Sep 2017:Just bought the transition lenses, and after using them for a few days I will say that they are not nearly dark enough for my taste. Even with full, bright sunlight on them, they don't get dark enough. Good lenses, and if you want a lighter shade of grey in front of your eyes, then you may enjoy the transitions. I'll be switching back to the blue, methinks.

It doesn’t look like the originals are available from Oakley anymore, so I got these. They fit ok, but the peripheral view is distorted, meaning if you look dead ahead, the view is fine, but if you look up, down or to the sides, they’ll feel like you’re wearing a bad pair of prescription glasses.

I'm happy I found these lenses to revive my old Oakley XX sunglasses. The lenses fit great and snapped right into the frames. The lenses look very close to the original Oakley lenses and the view through them is pretty good. One flaw I do notice is when I look through some side or rear vehicle windows there is some distortion. The best way I can describe the distortion is I can see a pattern like lines or dots within the vehicle windows. The distortion is not that bad I can have gotten used to it. My original Oakley lenses did not have this type of distortion. But, the Walleva lenses are a good deal for $20 if you're looking to keep your old Oakley XX sunglasses alive.4/23/18 update, I learned the distortion I described in my original review is due to the lenses being polarized and looking through the tempered safety glass of autos. This is not a flaw of the lenses.

Received my new lenses today for my original Twenty X (XX) frames that I bought in 2001. I was skeptical when ordering them, but the price was fair and there were good reviews. The lenses are excellent, packaging was very nice (a little 2 pouch bag to keep the lenses separated), and they look nice. The fit is snug and you have to put them in "just right" or they won't fit, but that's a good thing. Original Oakley lenses aren't quite as snug but I don't see any problems with popping out and swapping lenses now that I know these run snug and I know how to put them in properly (outside edge in first, then snap the inside edge in). 5 stars and I WILL order other lenses. I have polarized red and polarized black lenses from Walleva now, and I don't think I'll be ordering original Oakley lenses again. That is... unless these don't last. But I'm in Kuwait in the summer and outside A LOT, so if they're gonna fail, they'll fail here and I'll change my review.

Was a little nervous buying "aftermarket" but when I received these I was floored by the clarity and build quality of these lenses. I'll definitely buy again for my next lens replacement. I give them 5 stars for what they are, a quality "aftermarket" item: I am not giving them 5 stars vs the original lens. In terms of impact resistance, I still trust the Oakley name, and use those in the glasses I take to the range or when riding the motorcycle, but I use these in my daily and "driving" glasses.

I had a lot of trouble getting these lenses into my Oakley sunglasses and was extremely frustrated because this was supposed to be a rather easy process. After contacting the people from Walleva, they gave me great tips on how to install the lenses and they worked! Now I have my Oakley sunglasses looking good again and I plan on getting more lenses from Walleva real soon. Excellent product and service!

The lenses are good. Pretty much equal to the original Oakley lenses that were in the sunglasses. The sunglasses are about 15 years old so finding actual Oakley lenses are impossible. The only issue I had with them is the cleaning of the lenses. They are hard to clean with any cleaning cloth I have.Now if I can only find replacement earsocks and nose pieces.

The polarizing is weird on these, or just the plastic - they produce a warped view of things. If all you do is look dead-center through the lens, it's ok. If your eye shifts a bit, the plastic is distorted and the view gets all fun-house-mirror looking.

Delivery was really quick, the lenses slotted in perfectly to my 2001 XX frames. Very happy with every aspect of this seller and product. For the rates they charge, you really can't go wrong!

These are OK. They didn't fit quite as well as my old Oakley lenses and were a lot thinner than the Oakley ones and seem a bit flimsy, so they don't fit exactly right in the frames but when you can't get replacement Oakley ones anymore these do the job.
