Composite to VGA adapter performed well
The item performs well for the use intended - converting Composite video (from Apple I clone) to VGA video standard. The cost was low.

Easy to use
Great adapter, wish it didn’t require its own power source though

Good Converter, Bad Cables.
This converter worked for what we needed but we noticed a blueish hue over the picture, we thought we recieved a bad unit. We changed the cable to a spare vga and the colors were fixed! We recommend this converter, just becareful with the cables it comes with. Also, just a side note, it would have been better if the power cord for the converter was a bit longer. All in all good experience.

I recomend this for retro computers
I use this on my Apple 2c computer to use on my VGA screen and it works great! Probably just as good as the raspberry pi version.Update: I been using this for a while now and it displays graphics correctly on any vga monitor. I tried it on my Apple 2e and it fixes the color rainbow around text that usually happens on color monitors. I'm getting another one for my other projects. I tried making a VGA adapter for my Apple 2gs but this is a better solution for the price.

Product did NOT Display Color Video
The product worked but the video output was only in black and white even though I had a color VGA in the computer. Therefore, I returned it and I received a refund. There is a better product called the Mini VGA 2AF which is a white square box with both a VGA and audio inputs and RCA video/audio outputs and the display to the monitor shows color. That is why I give this product 1 star.

Doesn't work on Commodore 128
Just discovered that OLD devices like Commodore 128 sends a 240p video signal (not 480), that's why this product doesn't work. There is another similar product on Amazon that supports 240p and works: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B075N462CL?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details

I can see who’s at my shop door
I use this to see who is coming up my driveway when I’m working in my shop (there isn’t a window on that side). I used an old vga monitor, a backup camera, and a 12 volt wall wart (to power the camera). It worked first time I powered it up with a good picture. The only problem is that the backup cameras picture is backwards, but that is the design of the camera and not the adapter. I can still see down the driveway and it is way cheaper than putting an $80 window in.

This thing works like a charm
I have a pc and vcr hooked up to the same monitor. It actually improved my pc resolution.Plenty of settings and all that. The build feels cheap so no telling if it will last the test of time but for its price it’s pretty amazing.Only thing is I wish it had an off switch. It is powered the whole time it’s plugged in.5 star product in my eyes
