Wonderful Christmas-inspired designs and great heavyweight perforated paper
This is a wonderful set of coloring designs by a company that is new to me, Peter Pauper Press. Based on the quality of this book, I will certainly be purchasing more of their books in the future. There are 31 Christmas related designs with lots of Santas, stockings, ornaments, poinsettias, candles, birds, and even a figgie pudding! The designs range from fairly easy to color to much more complex. The pages are a wonderful heavyweight of bright white. This is fantastic as my pencils, gel pens, and ultra fine markers (except for Sharpies) do not bleed through on this paper. The designs are printed on only one side with the back side left blank, so if you are using alcohol based markers or watercolors, you can put an extra page in between just in case some color leaches through. The pages are perforated and are extremely easy to remove. The paper is also acid-free which means that the paper will not turn colors with age and all the work you put into coloring the designs will be safe. Additionally, the binding easily lies flat and gives you access to make coloring in this book and easy and fun thing to do.It is a lovely book that puts me right in the holiday spirit. It will be fun to pull this book out and color into the evening β with maybe some spiced cider close beside to make the holidays a fun part of my relaxing coloring time.

Pages are REALLY difficult to remove from book!!
It's a cute coloring book. Nice variety. The paper quality is great & there is only one print per page (meaning the back of each page is blank, which I love!) BUT....my biggest let-down: the perforated pages are tiny pin-hole dots (vs. longer dashes) and they are so close to the spine of the book, it's nearly impossible to tear pages out of the coloring book without ripping each page. In fact, I have yet to get a clean tear on any of the pages I've removed so far. This essentially renders the book useless, as the unsightly tears on each page don't create a nice platform to display or share your work. Really bummed!! I see some others haven't had the same problems w/ tearing out pages that I have, so I'm not sure if I just got a bad copy? Nonetheless, I'm not sure that I'd order another one from this printer due to the difficulties with the poor perforations & the tearing of pages.

Too Many Birds For A Christmas Coloring Book
I was so excited to see this coloring book had arrived. Quickly disappointed. I do not particularly care for birds. I like coloring them even less. Out of 31 pictures, 11 pages had pictures of birds. Out of all the things I associate with Christmas, birds are in the bottom five. For people who don't mind birds or like birds, you will probably like this book. It's a nice, heavy weight. The paper is good mid-range quality, not as good as The Secret Garden, but better than Creative Haven. The pictures are cute and whimsical and would be fun for kids and adults to do together at Christmas. There are so many things that make wonderful Christmas pictures (food, children, snow, trees, stars, presents) Why birds. I will keep the book and give the bird pictures away. Glad I ordered more Christmas coloring books.

GREAT Coloring Book!
I love the designs in this book. The designs are simple yet some images are intricate with smaller details. The pages are easy to color, but you can get as detailed as you want when coloring. The pages are single sided and the paper is thick enough and of good quality so if you are using markers it doesn't bleed though to the next page. I put down paper underneath the page I was coloring just to be safe and there wasn't any ink that bled through on the paper. This book is an awesome buy for the price! I'm going to purchase a few more for friends.

The designs are very nice. The only con is many of the lines are extremely bold. This may not be a problem with those who use markers or gel pens. I prefer colored pencils which will get lost in all the black.

Great book if you're looking for intricate
Great book if you're looking for intricate, pretty Christmas designs. Some of them are a little TOO intricate for me, but I know for some people that would be a plus. Thick, one-sided paper with perforated edges, so you can color in the book or tear the pages out.

Delightful seasonal artwork in a beautifully executed book.
I really, really like this coloring book. The styles of the pictures vary from very detailed to less so, yet they are all quite seasonally appealing - with something sure to fit the time/mood of the moment. From a production and construction standpoint, the book is of very high quality. The pictures are clearly printed on one side only of the heavy card stock. Even my wet, water based felt tip pens do not seep through to the other side. The pages are also micro-scored so you can, if you wish, cleanly remove any pages without tearing. A+ in all aspects.

Chop chop bore bore π¬
Not real crazy about the book. Donβt care much for pages that have some of the print cut off on all the sides. Also if you wanted to take pages out of the book that will cut off some of the picture. Most of the pages are just the same print over and over and over BORING if you ask me. A few look like fun so for the price itβs ok.

Not great for adults
This is not really a book for adults. I like complex colouring not thick black lines with big blocks of colour. Some of the designs are ok but I wouldn't recommend it for adults. Added photos that I hope will be helpful

Good book
Good variety of designs from birds to bulbs, from simple to complex. Rather generic Christmas/winter designs, not religious. Everyone should be able to find something they'd like to colour. Printed on one side of the page only on good paper. Designs go right up to and under the binding as well as to the outer edge of the paper
