I am pleasantly surprised with this mop and bucket set. I looked a long time for one that truly separates the dirty water from the clean one. I wasn't sure how it would do that until I got this. The bucket has 3 chambers: clean water reservoir, washing chamber, and the dirty water compartment. One of the knobs on top opens a small door connecting the clean water reservoir and the washing chamber where you insert the mop head. I liked this feature because you can control how much water (with the cleaning solution of your choice) you use while washing off the dirt from the mop head. So the clean water actually stays clean! Every time you push the mop head into the washing chamber, the dirty water then gets channeled into the 3rd compartment where it just sits until you are ready to dump it out.There is a plug in the bottom that you can pull out to dump the dirty water after you are done mopping. Another feature I like is the way the mop head keeps the microfiber cloth secure. Not once did the cloth come loose while I mopped my whole apartment. I hated how the Swiffer wipes I used before would come loose everytime I put pressure on the mop head.Lastly, I love how compact this whole system is. I can pull apart the mop handle and stow it inside the bucket easily. The profile of the bucket itself is far thinner than others in the market. This is great for those who live in smaller dwellings and for those who move a lot like I do.The only negative, which I don't personally find to be a deal breaker at all, is the pump bottle that came with it. It is supposed to hold the soap/cleaning solution so you can add more into the water as you go. But the bottle is so tiny, it doesn't really hold much. Other than that, I feel like this was a good value for the money I paid for. I recommended it to my parents since it is quite convenient and economical. No more Swiffer wipes!

Bye bye for my usual mop.I am not using the dirty water again and in the current scenario we have to be as clean as possible. I have some back problems but with this flat-mop it is easy to clean and durable as well . It twist and turn cleans all the way down. Assembly was quick and didn't have any problems. I was surprised of the pad given with full texture and rigid where it is not a lousy wave . The mop has a even pattern when it takes out cleaning of 1200 sq feet house. The corners and bends was easy to swipe clean with this. I don't know why I am telling all this !Because it fixed my previous mop issues. I never thought a "flat-mop" could fix my all my "mop" issues :D

So we have multiple microfiber mops, the bucket is a little more complicated use. However, that is because it has a separate compartments, and it is easily figure it out.The mop head, K’NEX on both sides, which is a good feature, but none of our other microfiber mobs have this feature, so we have no clue where to get replacement mopheads (yet). Good news is these are super easy to clean and we don’t need any for a while.

Pleased with purchase! As long as it holds up to daily use, will purchase again. Like that it is small enough for a small house/apartment. Wish it had wheels for easier portability.

I love this flat mop system. The bucket is awesome, it stores the clean and dirty water separate from each other. My only disappointment was that, the order only came with one mop replacement pad. I took very good care of it, but still needs to be replaced. I contacted their website and have not heard anything back, which makes me regret buying this, because it doesn't take just any replacement pad. If your selling a mop, you should also sell extra replacement pads as well on the site. I see by all the comments, I wasn't the only one trying to get replacements.

I am so happy with this product , WONDERFUL CONSTRUCTION. Even has a location to store floor cleaner .THE MAIN ATTRACTION for me is the this mop separates dirty water from clean water , I do not have to dip mop in the same dirty water again and again .The mop runs on any surface very smoothly as well , very light to carry . THIS IS THE ULTIMATE MANUAL MOP.

Really love how easy it is to use this mop. Never received the soap pump bottle for this item.
