Brought this for my 2 year old grandson, he absolutely loves it, not to hard to put to gether. Very good product for the price.

My little boy has fallen off his trike so was scared to get on it again but always looks at it and wants to ride so I bought him this and he Loves it his confidence has grown so much. It’s so stable I have no worries he is going to fall over the handle bars. Don’t think I will need the handle for long but that removes easily. Wish I had bought it sooner!!

My grandson loved this until it stopped working. However, the clutch mechanism is made of plastic and wears out quickly meaning the peddles can no longer drive the vehicle forward. The Berg website offers a replacement option for just under £50 which contains the broken component. Because that is almost half of what i paid for the whole vehicle i cannot honestly recommend buying it in the first place. It is such an obvious design flaw that i have lost confidence in the Berg brand so i won't be buying anything from Berg future. UPDATE: I'm in the process of fixing, or rather working around the problem. But i've just added the picture here of the clutch disassembly so you peeps can see what a seriously awful design Berg came up with! Caveat emptor etc.

Only reason for lower score was tricky to put together and is making a clicking noise from the chain.... not if was damaged in transit though ...

Arrived quickly and great customer service

The pushbar/handle (0 out of 5): - very cheap build quality. Shaft is made from a flimsy aluminium rather than steel and after just one trip out with it, the pushbar is bent and will not adjust in length correctly. Not sure how much longer it will last. - there is no way to steer the buggy from the pushbar, other than using it to raise the front wheels off the ground. Given the above build quality issue, this is not advised, so the only other option is for the parent to hunch over their child and manually adjust the handlebars (which with a 2-year old is pretty much constant). - the push bar fits into a small hole in the top of the seat rather than the larger ‘tow’ connection, which would have been a better & stronger option imo. The Buggy itself (4 out of 5) + materials & build quality very good. - smaller than expected (our 28month old was too big for both the smallest & mid seat positions). ~ options to lock the steering and/or disengage the pedals, which are both nice to have, but again given the poor build quality of the pushbar, mean that there is a limit to how much actual use these features will get. Verdict: - If you’re expecting to be able to push your kid around on this, don’t bother. - If you’re expecting your kid to do the pedalling & steering themselves, then maybe consider a version without the pushbar. **I’ll happily reconsider my review/score if the manufacturer were to redesign their pushbar into something of similar quality to the actual buggy.**

I don't know what the engineers at berg were thinking. You can hold the handle and push, but you toddler/child needs to be able to steer or you'll be bending over adjusting the steering every few seconds. Locking the steering is fine if you're going in a straight line on a flat surface.

The push bar does not steer the kart which is a huge bummer bcus it would make this 10x better. The push bar also isn’t very sturdy given you have to lift the kart to turn your child. Only the back left wheel engages with the pedal, I think it’d be better if both back wheels engaged. Everything else is pretty solid.

Geen goedkope shelter, maar een echte Berg. Vooral de vrijloop met duwstang is in het begin erg handig. Mijn kleinzoon van 2 jaar kan er goed mee overweg, zeker doordat de aandrijving perfect en licht is. Mooie soft banden en een uitstekende handrem. Echt een aanrader voor jarenlang plezier.

Habe es für meinen Sohn (zwei Jahre alt)gekauft. Er konnte davor nicht in die Pedale treten, nur Laufrad gewöhnt. Er war sofort, beim ersten Mal drauf sitzen, motiviert in die Pedale zu treten und loszufahren. Der Sitz. Lässt sich super verstellen. Das lenken wird dem Kind auch einfach gemacht durch die tollen Griffe. Toll ist auch, dass der Kettcar vorwärts und rückwärts fahren kann je nachdem, wie man in die Pedale tritt. Die Wertigkeit Oder Stabilität des Fahrzeuges, wurde in vorherigen Rezessionen infrage gestellt, mein Mann und ich finden jedoch den Kettcar stabil und zweckmäßig Preisleistung top. Die Farben sowie die Ausführung bei unserem Kettcar wie angezeigt bei Bestellung. Das einzige Manko, das zu vermelden ist, ist das anbringen der Schubstange sowie das entfernen dieser. Ansonsten tolles Gerät und mein Sohn hat wahnsinnig Freude daran.

Malheureusement débrayage des pédales et blocage du guidon en plastique me paraissent fragiles, à voir à l’usage?
