Easy to swallow and a great value as it includes a lot of the supplements I need more of in my stack, especially minerals I need for AMD. No issues with taking these on an empty stomach with morning coffee so no worries about an upset stomach. Will be buying these again.

Perfect multivitamin

The ingredients are fine, not sure if zombies feel a difference, but what is in them is great! I unfortunately won't be ordering again because there is no coating. They are not especially large, but I do struggle swallowing them and also not fond of the strong vitamin flavor.

So I came across this product in my search for vitamins to help my overall health and let me just say this product seems to be doing just that . I've been able to notice changes in my energy levels as well as just feeling like my internal functions have been better. Really looking forward to seeing my benefits from continual use of this product!

A great list of nutrients for brain support

I do feel better taking it than if I don't. A little hard to swallow but with water not too cold, I can handle it. I will probably order it again.

I love it has helped me with night time muscle spam I was lacking some important vitamins my body needed and I wasn't sure started taking these in a matter of weeks the spams and cramps has pretty much subsided

I purchased these in order to start a bit more "self care." I take these in the evenings so I don't forget. I've been very consistent. It's not like I've, magically, felt a spike in my energy or anything else but it's something good i know I'm doing, internally, for my body. I'll definitely be ordering more. I looked at all of the vitamins in these and it looked like it was something I needed. I'm satisfied and would recommend. I did my research as far as ingredients and with that plus the cost... I gave it a shot.
