This chair is for sure chic. It matched my existing set perfectly. It really finished off the room. It comes already put together. All you Have to do is install the legs. It was wrapped and protected perfectly. It had good back support. Not too hard and not too soft. Delivered white glove.

I love it! It is very well-made very heavy. That was some thing I did not expect was it to be that substantial. I only had to put the feet on it was very heavy so I needed help to tip it over. It came completely assembled. Otherwise the fabric is a very high-quality microfiber velvet. I doubt anything is real velvet anymore. However, I’ve had to clean up a couple spills from drinks on it and even food and it wipes up very easily with just a warm microfiber rack and leaves no dang like a lot of microfiber sofas do when you clean them. The media could not be loaded.  I spent an unhealthy amount of time looking for a couch to complete my champagne room. Finally found this and love it! Arrived about a week after ordering it. Packaged in a large box and bubble wrap. I put the legs on myself. After putting it in place and removing the bubble wrap I noticed a stain. It gets 4 stars for this reason. I love it so much I will just deal with it and try treating the stain. As other reviewers mention the couch is firm but comfortable. It fits my decor perfectly and I am overall very pleased. Time well spent researching.

My couch is stunning. It comes already assembled in a humongous box wrapped really securely. Just take off the cheesecloth covering, the bubble wrap and put the two screw in each leg. The two pink pillows and the seat cushions have removable covers just unzip. I'm adding crystals to my pink pillows. I'm in love. Be careful not to worship this couch it's that pretty. I only worship my God. Buy it, you won't regret it.

My wife loves velvet couches so I bought this for a few months ago when it was $890. First it took about six weeks to show up. When it got here and they unwrapped it and assembled it I have never seen her so disappointed. The ‘velvet’ is something I would expect to see on a plush toy and a claw machine. The fabric wasn’t stretched properly, there were multiple spots of damage all over it, including mold spots on one end of the couch. When I called Amazon, to demand a refund, they offered to give me a bunch of money to keep it. They came and picked it up a week later, and three weeks later I am still waiting for my refund

I have no complaints about this Loveseat. It is just perfect for what I needed it for. And did I say it came assembled (huge plus for me) , only u need to do it put on the foots. U can not go wrong, when u purchase! I 100% Recommend this item..

Very comfortable. Comes preassembled. You just need to put the bottom stands. It came exactly as it was described. Extremely pleased with the purchase.
