Questions about whether this is a f
I tried several of these oils as I am an aromatherapist. The company is based in India and is the largest company for essential oils in India. My foremost concern when buying essential oils is making sure I'm getting a pure high grade oil. I like to get as much information about the oil and the company as possible. With the popularity of essential oils now, there are companies that will sell you a great smelling oil that is nothing more than chemicals.I will start by saying I liked the way it was packaged. In a sealed box, covered with plastic and an expiration date clearly listed on the front of the box...that says a lot about the company. They state the oil is cold pressed, but it's not labeled as an essential oil. Most of the calendula base oils I use are infused with olive oil, so this led to some confusion. I ended up using in as a small percentage of my base oil as I felt it was stronger than an infusion...that is my only disappointment with this company. They state pure oil, therapeutic grade (which means nothing, it's an industry term used to increase sales). They say certified pure, but when I go to the company webpage, it doesn't load...nothing there. My gut tells me this is a quality oil. I would like to see a company website where I could view the certification documentation. The care they put in the packaging and the expiration dates right on the front make me feel this company is serious about it's oil, but I feel the need for more information and transparency.Price, it's hard for me to evaluate the price as I'm not sure the concentration of the oil, but my instinct is it's a good price at the least and may very well be a great value...again, being able to find information on the brand would help answer these questions. One star off for lack of information...but again, my gut tells me this is a quality oil.

Seems to work good. Very small bottle
I'm not crazy about the scent. It smells somewhere between woodsy/citrusy to me. I mixed it with some other essential oils & dabbed it on my skin. I haven't noticed any instant results, but I'm sure it will show up over time. It hasn't caused any negative reactions. My sole complaint (aside from the price & small size of the bottle, which the purchaser is aware of from the outset), is that the dropper comes packaged outside of the bottle. I'm not sure why they did that instead of pre-installing it. Of course, when I opened the package, the dropper went flying out, and I still haven't found it. Blame my sloppiness, but I still think it's bad packaging on the manufacturer's part. Almost all other oils I've purchased come with the droppers already in the bottle. Not hanging around in the box, waiting for idiots to accidentally lose them. Products need to be made as idiot proof as possible these days.Otherwise, I'm happy with this oil so far. I plan to continue using it in my skin care regimen.

Good carrier oil
Good carrier oil. Calendula oil is not precisely used for aromatherapy since it does not have a scent (like lavender oil), however it is really good if used as anti-inflammatory. it is 100% calendula oil.Rating 4 stars because the dropper insert did not work. I placed it and no drops, removed it, put it back again same thing.Expiration date 01/2024

Not a fan of the scent
I’m not an avid lover of the scent of this. It’s not therapeutic, I can’t describe it. But it’s not for me for someone who loves ecuyluptus, lavender, rosemary. Has a yellow / green color to it.

The oil is much more fragrant and easier than growing my own Calendula.
What I received- This is a 1/2 ounce dark glass bottle of Pure calendula oil. The dropper insert is in the box. Make sure to remove it before pitching the box. A little pressure/muscle is necessary to insert the dropper in properly.I am kind of familiar with Calendula. I reading about the health benefits and uses many times in my magazines. I thought the easiest way to have it would be to grow it. I have grown it the past two years. The first year I tried to make a calendula water. I am not so sure it was successful though I did make it into toner and like to think I noticed a difference. Last year, I grew them but the weather wasn't very kind to them and didn't get many. Now I make my own face serums. To add this to my oils will give it a floral smell as well as the benefits of calendula. What I see is that it is described as a carrier oil making it safe to apply to the skin directly and to mix other essential oils with it to apply to the skin. This smells so wonderful it would work as a light fragrance just by itself. It has a light delicate floral fragrance. I think more of a fragrance than when I grow them in the summer!

I LOVE THIS OIL- Been Looking For Good Source A While Now
I grow calendula. I love the way they smell and they are wonderful for skin care products that I make too.HOW DOES THIS OIL COME?This oil comes in a box. The box houses a thick amber glass jar of calendula oil with a plug in it and a sealed screw on cap. There is also a reducer enclosed which allows you to turn this into a dropper dispenser if you prefer.CHOICESI love having the choice to leave the oil as it is with a plug in it or to use a reducer instead. I work with oil all of the time. It is messy no matter what.OIL QUALITYThis oil is divine. It smells amazing and works beautifully.WHAT DO I USE THIS FOR?I use this to put in my skin mixtures. I especially use this in mixtures and blends that make with skin cream for very troubled skin. It helps to heal quickly.THE BOTTOM LINEThis is a fresh smelling oil in a great bottle that offers you choices in how you want to store and use it.MY RATINGFIVE STARS. KUDOS to this company for giving us choices! Great quality oil too. I am very happy with this.

lovely scent
I have never used calendula oil for anything before. OF course, I'm familiar with the tea for relaxation and tummy trouble but I have to do some research for the oil. For now, I put some into my unscented liquid hand soap because I really like the scent. Good quality oils.
