My pastor had bought this for us as like a healthy, low sugar snack… she’s so kind. We loved it so much I had to look for it on Amazon and now we’re about to order it very regularly. It’s quite a lot in the bag but doesn’t last too long because someone can’t get enough of it 😄

I usually buy the exact same brand of mango from Costco and it's great. The mango I recieved from Amazon was more expensive, really dry, brittle, and much lighter in colour. You wouldn't think it was the same brand. I usually weigh the bags into 50g snack bags as I'll just eat and eat it otherwise! The bag should have 650g but both came to approx. 590g in total. Usually from Costco this brand is really consistent in texture, taste, colour and weight. The only difference I can tell is the bags from Amazon had a much sooner expiry date on them than I typically get from Costco (still several months remaining) and this possibly was the reason for the difference in taste and texture due to potential water loss as the product was "older" ? Wouldnt buy this product from Amazon again, will stick to Costco.

Forget the picture of a juicy mango on packet. What you get is thin desiccated bits of mango that look like blades of mace or cassia bark, with much the same texture. If I wanted to break a tooth or crack my dental plate then i would chew on these woody shards. The only way that they are safe to eat and reasonably edible, is to soak them in a bowl of hot water for 4-5 minutes. I am sure the illustration on the packet violates all sorts of advertising codes. Best avoided.

These are gorgeous, full of flavour, lovely and sweet and the small pieces are perfect for snacking.
