Horrible book absolute junk - does not even name author's do not buy
Literally I have no idea what the content. I am a software developer and I bought this as a gift for someone. It is literally junk and a bunch of stuff thrown together that makes no sense. There is not even authors named - all it states is - behind this book are programmers hailing from some of the most best computer science programs taught by some of the most advanced universities in the world today.

Easy to comprehend and well-facilitated.
I must admit that my very limited knowledge about computer programming could serve a hindrance in learning any computer language. Maybe I am just persistent in learning any language that seems vital in my online business endeavor. And this book has proven me wrong. The very basics of phyton language is easy to comprehend and I am sure that I can start from there. The written workshop or exercise at the end of each basic lessons has facilitated my learning about phyton language. I might not have learned all the essential parts or elements of phyton language after reading this book, but I am sure that I have grasped the overall concept of learning such language. With more practice and the guidance of this book, I am positive that I can learn this language and apply it in my online endeavors.

Not much python
The book is clearly a basic level introduction to (sort of) coding. There is very little Python and frequent "whatever language you are programming in" type of references. It is pretty clear the main part of the book has been used to write "different" books with small amounts of the title language stuck in.There are some factual errors in the book such as, when counting in computer science, the book states you always start at 0. There are at least a handful of languages (that are still used) in which this is not the case.Overall I'm not sure what this book is meant to "teach", but is certainly isn't Python.

In deed it's easy to learn
A friend of mine told me that when it comes to programming, especially for beginners, he would always recommend to learn Python programming. Since it is easier to learn and it is less demanding than others. So I went to amazon to look for a guide book and I found this book. In deed it's easy to learn, the only disadvantage of Python is, there is no distinct specialization, unlike with other codes. I love how the author refer a free website where we can test our concepts, a simple compiler to run our codes without having to sign up for a membership, which is pretty cool. I like this book for the reason that it is easy to follow guide, it's organized in a way that can help you better understand the python programming.

I was pleasantly surprised
This book contains clear, simple and concise instructions about Python Programming and those are very easy to read and learn. The book is clear about what products are needed to run python, the variables, code configurations and linguistic structures. There are many great examples and activities that the reader can jump into almost immediately. I was pleasantly surprised to find the level of detail included in this book. You can write comments within your program by starting the line with a hash symbol. A hash symbol tells the Python interpreter to ignore the comment when running your code. For multi line comments, you can use a hash tag symbol at the beginning of every line. I highly recommend this book for beginners who are new in Python programming.

... and this is without a doubt one of the best. The creator has the capacity clarify troublesome ideas ...
I read a couple books on Python and this is without a doubt one of the best. The creator has the capacity clarify troublesome ideas plainly, and the undertaking toward the end without a doubt helped my learning. Working through it was fun and the fulfillment of having the capacity to code a completely working Python script is simply inestimable.I have observed this book to be anything but difficult to peruse and with the right sort of state of mind and diligent work, I will soon begin programming. It may sound simple however I know I should buckle down at it. This is the book that will control me fittingly. Thanks..

Excellent guide for beginners!
This is an excellent guide to python programming. With its very well laid out and easy to understand guide which is especially designed for beginners, learning python becomes less tedious and complicated. It discusses everything you need to know about the subject, you'll learn primitive data types such boolean, integers, characters etc. You'll also learn data sequences & combinations, code, structures among other functions that are pretty much needed in learning python programming. The best part is that there are workshops wherein you'll be able to apply what you've learned in real programming situations. Great book!

This programming language is essential for IT enthusiasts
I was an IT student but I had no idea what Python was. After reading this book, I saw how necessary Python programming is for the IT industry. I learned that YouTube was originally constructed by Python, however, because it has no specialization, it is generally good for startup businesses and industries. The author listed the data structure and the foundation that programmers would be using in order to create a solid code, as well as the process of data initialization. This is a great book for beginners, intermediate and advanced programmers.

Ok if you HAVE to read offline
Not great. Covers the basics in a decent conversational style but the way it's written makes it really obvious that more than half the content is intended for reuse in very similar books covering different languages. Fine for a basic familiarity or refresher on the language if you want to read on a kindle but for serious learning there are far better tutorials available online for free.

I have programming experience and found this handbook very easy to follow
I have programming experience and found this handbook very easy to follow. Everything is clearly and simply explained and, for me, it was more a matter of mastering the Python syntax because I already have a very good grasp of general programming techniques and structures. A newcomer to the programming experience might not find it so easy but I can't be sure of that.

Python Programming, Masters Handbook by Code Well Academy
Maybe a useful book for schoolchildren just starting to learn about Python Programming a really true beginners guide as it says on the book. I was very dissapointed as it did say Masters Hand book on front of book? 2 stars
