Works perfectly - but check this first
For me, this works 100% perfectly as intended - I plug it into my Lenovo Windows 11 laptop and it detects a display, connecting quickly to the monitor. I don't know about the durability as I have just received and tested it.But others say it doesn't work with their devices, and I have an explanation for most of those reviews: Make sure the device supports Thunderbolt 3 or 4 (4 being the newest but this cable is backwards compatible, despite this cable being version 3 it works on my laptop, which is Thunderbolt 4), a fairly quick Google search will probably tell you if it does. It's a new enough feature on computers that the product page will almost definitely say "supports Thunderbolt 4" if it does. For tablets and phones it's not as easy to explain so I won't get into it here.

I used this cable to hook up my sound bar along with my 40" TV. It came in handy and is very easy to install and does the job right!!

It worked for my iPad Air 5th gen
Although I'm gen z, I don't know anything about technology. All I know is I plug this thing in and my iPad is mirrored onto the projector (unless I have split screen, then only the main screen projects) which is good enough for me. It's exactly what I wanted! Thank you. The length is also very nice, not everything has to be so close.

I really wanted to like this..
I bought this because the HDMI cord i was using was old and I wanted to replace it and I have a USB C port on my computer so wanted to give this product a shot. It connected my laptop to my monitor easily with no issue but there were little red dots all over my monitor screen. I didn't have that with my HDMI cord. Once I plugged my HDMI cord in the red dots were not there. I bought the 4K@60Hz. Maybe should have done the 30Hz? I'm not super great with computers so didn't even think i would need to find out which was better for my computer. And the may not even be the issue. This also does not work with a docking station. So if you plan to use this using a docking station, in my experience, it doesn't work.
