Poor materials to use as a chair
Bought these at the end of last year to replace an old abused chair we had been backpacking with. Well the first time out a year after purchase the flimsy screen "vent" material ripped away from its seam, didn't last one sitting. The vent material isn't support so we could still use the chair but honestly use something more durable than a thin plastic fine mesh that you stitch through. So many more materials that are lightweight, breathable, flexable and durable out there. The frame seems like it is sturdy and the chair sets up the same as all others and feels about the same sitting in it. I guess if you want flashy colors this chair is for you, if you want something that will outlast the 29.99 to 39.99 dollar chairs then not so much. I believe most of these frames are coming from one or two locations anyways depending on the design, there are multiple double barrel chairs out there and this one isn't special.

Great to bring when kayaking
4/27/22 Edit: The pull tabs tore off my wife's chair after only a couple uses. We contacted customer support to obtain a replacement chair fabric. We're even willing to buy one! Customer support hasn't responded to email follow ups. I guess we'll have to find something else. I don't want to buy another entire chair if it's going to fall apart & then replacement not be supported by the company. Bummer...My wife & I each got one of these and, so far, they are perfect for us. We wanted something lightweight that we can easily stow in our kayaks when we paddle on a lake or river. Super easy to set up, and way more comfortable than sitting on a rock, or than sitting on our life jackets. My wife's favorite part: Cute colors! ;-)

good chair for camping
It's comfortable and a little taller than the other similar style camp chair we have from another brand, but doesn't seem to take up any extra space when collapsed. Seems durable and I like the little pockets (though if you put too much in them, the chair might tip over when you get up). We use it for car camping and the beach and stuff, so don't know how it would be for backpacking. I'm 125lbs and my partner is about 170lbs and it worked for each of us. Just a heads up for anyone with knee issues... since these chairs are lower than a standard chair, your knees stay bent beyond a right angle (90º). If this is an issue for you, you might consider a taller chair. I'm happy with this purchase overall.

REALLY comfortable and sturdy!!!
This chair is soooooo comfortable it kind of caught me off guard since it is very compact. It perfectly fits in my hiking pack or has an attachment for the outside as shown in the pictures. Assembly is very easy with a durable material for the chair. It takes a little bit of effort to get the chair material over the frame the first time, but then is easy every other time. Excited to have something lightweight that is this comfortable to continue to take on our hiking trips! We currently have what I thought was the most comfortable sit pad on the market and this chair is so much better.....have I mentioned it is comfortable:-) I bought it because it is compact and could fit in or on my pack but, if you can't tell, I am surprised on how comfortable it is. Highly recommend for all hikers and campers for the size, comfort and durability.

Not bad.. not great.
Style and set up...The design of the chair is wonderful. It is extremely easy to set up and pack aeay. It came with a nice carry bag.Comfort...Honestly, it is not the most comfortable seat around. You have the feeling that one false move and you may fall. I'm scared to lean back.Durability...The material it is made up of is fairly sturdy but I feel that too much pressure can cause it to break. I doubt it can hold someone weighing over 200 lbs.Overall...The chair itself is nice but I don't think it's worth the price.

Good bang for the buck
I really like this chair for backpacking. It’s about 8 ounces heavier than my other one but it’s not so low to ground . After a day of hard hiking it’s nice to be able to actually get out of the chair with sore knees. Also. The rubber parts on the bottom of the legs are better. They are a bit wider so they don’t sink as bad in soft ground. The chairs my other backpacking pals had kept sinking into the ground. Mine never did. I’d totally get this again if needed.

Great camp chairs
Very happy with the two chairs I bought. Recently used for a two week dispersed camping trip, and they were small enough not to take up much space in the car. Very comfortable. Very tight and had to pull pretty hard the first time to put seat on frame. But after a couple uses they have relaxed and easy to put together. Strong reinforced corners where frame connects to seat, so feel these will hold up to many uses.

Nice Chair - Good Materials and Sturdy
Researched many chairs and chose this one because I like nylon over poly materials and it also sits a little higher than the competition...I think just an inch, but hey ;). The chair is comfortable and sturdy enough for me, I’m 6’2” and a little over 200 lbs. I also purchased a ground mat that I can put the feet in because my last chair always sank into the ground at games, and out backpacking, beaching, or hunting. I would rather carry a few extra ounces and stay above ground.
