Company out of business
So horrible company went out of business and did not bother to alert the customers. They could have altered the app to allow for continued use without the website. Do not buy this product. You wont be able to use it.

Affordable alternative to high priced trackers!
I was skeptical at first due to all the negative reviews. I loved the concept of the FitBit but didn't want to drop the cash needed to get one. I found out about the Pivotal Living band on a Top 5 Affordable Fitness Trackers list. For $15 I figured it was worth a try. When I received the item I was actually impressed by how well built the band looked. It's extremely comfortable to wear and I had absolutely no problems syncing it to the app. I work at a very physical job that is very hands on and the band is holding up well. It is very accurate from what I have seen and I love being able to look at how well or not so well I am sleeping at night. It really is a huge motivator when trying to stay active and healthy.The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the app itself could use some bug fixes. It does crash occasionally which is more of an annoyance then anything, but then again how many apps don't crash on Android.For the money the Pivotal Living band far exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable alternative.

I have been using this band since July. I waited a few months to write the review since I wanted to see if there were any problems. So far this is what I have experienced:For a mere $15 it's a steal because it looks and feels exactly like a fitbit but 5 times cheaper, even though I will have to renew the membership once one year is over, hence 4 stars. It was pretty easy to download the app for my iphone 5s. It did turn off on its own once and I thought it stopped working like some reviews said so I googled and their website said it might have been just accidentally turned off and just needed to turn it back on. One time it was very difficult to sync the band with the phone, I tried everything their website suggested, finally I let the battery run out and recharged the band and deleted the app from my phone and downloaded it again and it started working( website tells you to do that as a last resort). Sometimes it syncs but the steps that it shows on the app don't match the band even after syncing. It happens every couple of months so It kind of ticks me off since my goal is 10,000 steps a day, sometimes 12000 and it will only show 7500. I like the sleep tracking feature too though a few times the band got turned off while I was sleeping. It shows some scratches after 5 months of wearing it. I only take it off when I shower. It's hard to tell time if you are outside so I still wear a watch to tell time or use my phone. One thing I will like to change is that it should automatically detect if you are asleep rather than you pressing the sleep mode, maybe newer models will have it. Overall I am quite happy with it because the band kinda motivates me to do my 10,000 steps a day. I have lost 6 lbs but I am also watching what I eat but the steps help. I ordered one for my DH too.

Lots More Improvement Needed
I've tried this for a while before I gave my honest review. There are things that are frustrating to me and I don't like, and things I like about the Pivotal Living Activity Band.Here are the issues I've experienced with the band to date and don't like:1) The software crashes most of the time when I try to sync the device and when you try to report it, it's not the most user friendly, one can barely see the send button to send the report.2) Some days the device does not track accurately, even after several attempts of syncing.3) Sometimes I can't get the device to sync. Since this morning I've been trying to sync the device and frankly it's frustrating.4) I don't feel there is enough support available to assist me with the issues I've had with the device.5) I don't like the fact that I could not make corrections to hydration and nutrition if I've inadvertently entered something wrong.6) I'm definitely not liking the fact that would have to pay $12.00 fee after one year of purchasing to keep the app active.(not to worry I'll be deleting my account when I get my new tracker.)The issues I've found are the most important to me in such device, I'm in the market for another device. This device is the first one I've bought and the experience was not the best. I guess for the price at the time it was okay. I would say if you are in the market for a tracker and don't have a lot of money to spend, save your money and get a decent one. This one needs a lot of improvement in my opinionHere are the things I actually like:1) I love the style of the band for it's sleekness and comfort, I wear it 24 hours not problem at all.2) I love, love, love the fact that I can wear the device for literally two weeks without charging.3) I love it as it replaces my watch. The display is not so great when in sunlight, excellent in the shade or in moderate lighting.4) I love the fact that the software was updated with a nutrition section to track the food group intake.5) I love the idea that I could actually sync a Bluetooth scale if I wanted to.
