Since I'm 6'1" (~186cm) tall, I ordered a Full XL-sized bed frame. It was difficult to find a Full XL mattress that met my needs, so I settled on this Milliard Full size. It seems to be about 3" longer than a standard Full size, which is actually perfect for my needs. For context, I was sleeping on a spring mattress before this. It was great, until the springs started stabbing out from the mattress' surface. I ended up using my Milliard futon sofa mattress on my bed frame while waiting to order something new, and found it was really comfortable! The futon version is 6" thick, and I could feel the bed frame's bars through it just a little bit, but that's not a problem at all with the 10" mattress shown on this store page. It's very firm, but not hard. I was able to sleep splendidly after just 8 hours of expansion time, but it may take up to 72 hours to reach its full potential. When I woke up in the morning, I noticed that the mattress corners had continued to rise and properly square-up as I slept. Age, work, and health factors have teamed up to trouble me with acute back pains. After one night sleeping on this wonderful mattress, I already feel a substantial decrease in such pains. I really hope this effect continues. Normally, when I get in bed, I spend a little time reflecting on the day and thinking about what I have to do the next day, but on this mattress I fell asleep before I could begin ruminating, and woke up feeling energetic and focused. What a treat it is to wake up feeling ready for work, instead of dreading getting up. A major, MAJOR feature I love about this mattress is not sinking into it. This means I can roll over easily and not overheat. I've had a lot of problems along those lines with previous memory foam mattresses, but not with this one! I'm also very pleased with the price. I spent a few days sleeping on a $1000+ Purple mattress with similar properties, which I feel are met or exceeded by this Milliard bed, which I spent $270 on. If Milliard can keep it's quality this high and prices this low, I'll become a lifelong customer. That may sound like I'm overstating things, but we need comfortable shoes, nutritious food, and good beds to do our best each day. Milliard has the bed part covered! To suit my personal sense of comfort, I augmented my mattress with two of the following Bamboo-brand toppers, to help further dissipate heat and to simulate the feel of a pillowtop-style mattress. Millard is my favorite mattress brand for so many reasons. I’ve purchased three of their mattresses and gifted one to a friend because the comfort, size, and overall build quality are outstanding. The mattress height is ideal and doesn’t require a topper, and the foam construction maintains shape and support without the drawbacks of traditional memory foam. I’ve had this since the end of July, so it’s been a couple months of continuous use. When I first got this, it was easy to “install” and boom, I have a new mattress. I loved it, it was firm and affordable! However, since I sleep in the middle of the bed, the middle has a dip that really makes it hard to sleep. I thought it would’ve last longer than 3months based on the reviews and their advertisement but now I’m dealing with a dipped bed. Given the Price , it wasn’t too bad but I should’ve known that it was “too good to be true” I guess. Sucks that it has a dip in it. And yes, I have slept on different areas of the bed to kinda reduce the dip but it didn’t work. So now I’m on the hunt for a new mattress. 4 starts cuz of the price, and comfort. The durability could be better but I guess you get what you paid for.

Finally!!! If you are looking for firm support this is it! Look at the online description and photos. 9” of base foam and 1” of memory foam. My back pain is gone!!! I used to wake up sore like I was beaten by a professional boxer. In the mornings I sat up hunch shouldered from the pain of poor sleep on a bad/ soft mattress. There is an adjustment period though, of changing from a soft or bad mattress to a good, firm mattress. I’ve had 3 people confirm the same when they upgraded from soft/ bad mattress to good/ firm mattress - you may experience some pain … maybe a little more, but please wait it out. After your body adjusts the pain will go away and you will wonder how you ever survived without a firm mattress before. I’ve had my Milliard mattress several months now. It’s bad in a way because now all I want to do all the time is jump on the mattress and sleep! I do mean jump because I’m still amazed at how firm it is that I can jump into bed and it still remains firm and does not sink down. I’m a very heavy girl and really, it does not sink down. It rivals my mom’s over a thousand dollar mattress from a quality furniture shop. I am a side sleeper who has shoulder injury on one shoulder. I got a real cheap one inch memory foam topper just to take some pressure off my shoulder without loosing the lovely firmness for the rest of my body. When you first get your mattress let it expand like the instructions say. They also say you can sleep on it the first night and the magic continues as you sleep as it will further expand. They did not lie! The first night I thought it was just ok. The second night, sure enough, it expanded further and got firmer. Thanks Milliard for making a quality mattress!! My back loves you!!! My boss may not because now I hate leaving this lovely bed to go to work 🙂 Absolutely no regrets on this purchase. Thoroughly recommend it.

I just want to preface this with saying that I am a floor sleeper. So I’m specifically looking for something that didn’t have springs in it and was the most basic form of a mattress you can get. This is not as hard as a “rock” but it is firm. I’m 130 pound and I don’t sink in but rather the foam forms around my body nicely .It is true to the 10 inch size , I use target sheets for a queen size bed but it was really snug getting over the corner so be aware of your sheet size. It also came with two cute sleeping masks :). I’ll make an edit maybe a year from now with any updates . For now I seriously love this mattress and will definitely purchase it again.

I visited friends for about a week last month, and I couldn’t get over how comfortable their guest bed was. My old bed was OLD (circa 2006) and was no longer kind to my back or hips. A replacement was long overdue. I asked what kind of mattress was on their guest bed, and they sent me this link. When I got home, I ordered one for myself and couldn’t be happier. I’ve always loved a firm bed and this one fits the bill perfectly with just a bit of give to it. I had to order a new frame with built in slats as the frame for my old bed was meant to hold a box spring and didn’t have any slats on it. This full mattress fits the full frame I bought exactly, like it was made for it. I was able to get the box upstairs to my bedroom on my own, but I did need some help getting the mattress on the frame. It started to expand immediately, and I could have probably slept on it that night but I wanted to give it time to fully expand. It measured 10 inches by the following evening and I was able to use it that night. Wonderfully comfortable and supportive, and there was no noticeable smell at all. Definitely buy this gem if you want an affordable good night’s sleep.

Have had this mattress for 2 years or so and it’s so comfortable, hasn’t lost its form at all. Super easy to unravel and let inflate.
