Truly horrible resolution and no way to really focus it. The microphone barely works. Came just packed in a plastic bag. It did hook up quickly and easily at least.

WEBCAM says 10X Optical Zoom on front. There is no ZOOM adjustment that I can find. There is no adjustment for focal length. No instructions came w/ it. It's just plug and play. Auto White balance works, but not well at all. (SEE PHOTOS) Photo one is w/ ASUS Monitor built-in webcam, Photo 2, the red faced shot, is the WEBCAM under review here. They were side by side in identical lighting. If you have no WEBCAM and very little money to purchase one this could be acceptable as "better than nothing"... but I cannot recommend it at all. I only gave it 1 star because you cant leave a review w/ ZERO stars. Quality of materials seems adequate but quality of image is very poor and unacceptable. It will cost almost as much to return it to China as I paid for it, and be more trouble than the difference is worth so I will trash it. Going to look for a Logitech C920. 3 times the price, 20 times the quality.

Camera is certainly cute, but the USB cord is too short for mounting on a monitor screen, the audio is split off into a separate cable and the screen mounting mechanism is spring loaded and causes the camera to pop right off the monitor (it looks great, but doesn't work). The only way to get the camera to stay on the monitor is to use duct tape. I was going to order 40 cameras, but I'll be returning the 5 that I ordered.

For the price, this little camera is not bad at all. I have used it for meetings and the quality is fine. The only thing I don't like is that you can't zoom out, or if you can, I haven't figured out how but again, for everyday use on video calls, it's really pretty good, I recommend it.

In the Amazon description for this camera, it says it has 16 megapixels, but the sheet that comes with it says 0.3 mp. Also, it says auto-focus, but it's not. It's manual. And it says Hi-Def but the resolution is only 640-480. Details, details, details. Finally, when I tried it on Zoom I found that the microphone doesn't work at all.
