If you are an admirer of John Singer Sargent you will love his charcoal and pencil drawings. I was not disappointed great purchase.

Closer scrutiny of images
Downloaded this ebook in my Kindle for Ipad. I'm very pleased that I can tap on the small images and enlarge it for very close scrutiny without it becoming pixelated. Very pleased with my purchase.

Save your Money,,,wait for the Richard Ormond edition !
A cheaply published "book " ,,the reproductions were of the LOWEST quality,What a shame !The text was pedestrian, simplistic and without any depth,,Those wonderful drawings were grey and dull.This book should be withdrawn from sale,,a dreadful publication.Evere\tt Raymond Kinstler

Poor reproduction
Very poor reproductions. More like a poor quality photo copies. Nonetheless, keeping it with other books on Sargent.

Drawing reproductions weren't up to the quality that I hope for.
The overall quality of the printing wasn't when I had hoped it would be or an artist of this magnitude.
