Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Corn Grits / Polenta, 24 Ounce

I can confirm this is free from cross-contamination and celiacs safe! It's a quality polenta as well, VERY yummy with just butter, salt, and a little pepper! I live in a major metropolitan area, and I can never find this gluten free polenta locally! Not at Whole Foods, Sprouts, OR Central Market! 😭 This is one of the only things I can have for breakfast, and I'm so thankful Amazon has it for a fair price. As long as they keep selling it, I will keep buying it!

Grits and polenta make a perfect side dish for almost any meal. They’re healthy, delicious, easy to make and gluten-free, which is important for so many of us. I think grits and polenta are often overlooked but this is really a great food and a value for the price. Just follow instructions on the bag and they come out perfectly. I make about 6 servings at one time and freeze them in small serving-size tightly sealed glass containers that can be popped into the microwave and viola! I use them for breakfast with eggs and for dinner, especially with chicken, and often add jalapeños, onions, chopped tomatoes or cheddar for variety. I’ve other brands and find Bob’s is the best quality and best value. Enjoy!

Easy to cook

Great texture and has instructions on the back for stove-top, slow cooker or instant pot. I can't find these grits in stores anywhere. Cooks perfectly in the Instant Pot. I add broth and 2 tbs of butter first, let it cook and then I stir in my cheese, almond milk, salt, pepper, garlic...
