The quality we are accustomed to with New York Puzzle Company-great! This seller is fantastic. My puzzle arrived with a big hole in the box and puzzle (no fault of theirs, box was very sturdy). I got an email within a couple of hours letting me know that I didn't need to return the smashed item and the replacement was being shipped immediately. Got it within a very few days. These folks really go the extra mile. We will definitely be buying more in the future!

My husband and I are retired and like a lot of people have been housebound due to Covid-19. We decided to buy and try doing a puzzle to kill some boredom, although either one of us has done one since childhood. It took us about a week to complete, but we had a lot of fun with it! We’ve ordered two new puzzles and look forward to receiving them..... what a pleasant surprise!
