Surprised and impressed!
I normally cook exclusively with cast iron, but decided to give this ceramic pan a try, and I’m glad I did. It handled everything I threw at it, from breaded chicken and pasta to eggs, all with ease. To my surprise, I actually prefer cooking eggs in this pan over cast iron. Nothing sticks, cleanup is simple, and I feel better knowing it’s free from harmful chemicals. Solid build quality, heats evenly, and performs beautifully. Highly recommend, even for cast iron loyalists like myself.

Extremely Impressed
Update: I originally reviewed this pan when I purchased it two years ago. I have used the heck out of this pan and it is the only pan I have that has endured harsh treatment and is still easy to clean. This thing is way better than the pans I have paid considerably more for and I plan to replace my other frying pans with more of this one. This is a must own pan!!! I have used a few different Ozeri Frying Pans, and I have to say that this particular one is now my favorite. The overall quality of this pan is remarkable. I love the weight and the way it cooks. It cooks evenly, is easy to clean and overall is a tremendous value for the price. This is now my goto frying pan. Update: So, after using this pan for some time now, I have to say that I think I would like to get another one. This pan is freaking awesome!!! It is a heavy pan and holds heat very well. This is by far Ozeri's best pan and well worth spending a bit more. It cleans easy and cooks wonderfully. By far, this is my favorite frying pan. It almost has a cast iron feel, but does not require the seasoning and has a non-stick surface that is effortless to clean, but it evenly distributes heat and has the ability to brown food if desired, which is something I have not been able to do as well in a lot of ceramic coated pans.

Excellent quality, never owned anything like this
As it happens I had to replace a lot of cookware in my kitchen at once and I ended up buying several items from different brands. I own induction cooktop and not every piece is compatible with it. And this time I was determined to go high end, spend more and avoid buying stuff every several months, I was kind of tired of it. I bought 2 Ozeri pans. When soaked in soapy water they are just wiped with gentle sponge and they are clean. Heat is distributed evenly. They work superb with induction. Food comes out very tasty. There is no scratches, to be on a safe side I purchased 2 OXO plastic spoons to keep it this way but I am not sure it was so necessary, I just wanted them to last longer. I never use dishwasher, again, to have them longer, but I am not sure that I need to do it this way. I must say I never owned cookware so superb in every direction Comparing to Breville. Breville Thermal Pro Hard Anodized Nonstick pans and pots do a good job. There are miniature scratches, however. I can say the same thing about heat distribution, washing, quality of food, but scratches are disappointing, considering that some pieces were 200+ dollars. Comparing to All Clad. I bought All-Clad NS1 Nonstick Induction Sauce Pan from other than Amazon site. I am extremely angry with All Clad. - After 2 months nonstick surface was peeling off. - The advertise that it works with induction, it does not. I have 3 induction and 2 non induction burners, so I can still use it but since I mostly use induction burners it makes my life harder. Considering that I paid 45 dollars for it I think it is sad - They promise lifetime warranty. I complained that I cannot use it as advertised and that it peeled, sent photos and in their response they skipped induction part and said that scratches and peels are normal tear and wear. To summarize for types of equipment that is sold by Ozeri(they don't sell 8 ounces pots, for example) I would recommend Ozeri over any brand I own.

Seems like a good pan, but the "Lifetime Warranty" is 5 years.
I've only had it for a few weeks, but so far I really like it. Way better than my expensive Circulon pan, which never really lived up to it's potential and never really was as non-stick as I thought it might be. It makes great pancakes, because it heats up evenly, and retains the heat. I've made excellent pancakes without oiling the pan; I've made excellent fried eggs without oiling it. I tried some ground beef/onions/garlic a few nights ago, to make pasta sauce, and it came out fine and tasty. Mine also had the loose handle, held in place with one screw. I've tightened it down; hopefully it'll stay in place. If I could buy a 12" one, I would. I bought silicone spatula and pancake flipper to go with it, and I'm doing the hand-wash routine. Washes up easily and ready for the next time. I sent Ozeri's Customer Service an email, asking how I could register the pan. Here's their reply: "Thank you for contacting us regarding your inquiry. We are more than happy to assist you at this time. The warranty is a limited lifetime warranty of a 5 year period. Please ensure to keep a record of your purchase invoice or order confirmation. In case that you would need to open a warranty claim, you would provide the purchase invoice and the issue you are experiencing." I'll re-visit this review if anything happens to change the way I feel about it.

Easy to clean, solid and sturdy, this pan is perfect! It’s heavy and will last for years and years; as long as you use it sensibly using soft utensils this will serve you well for many cooked meals. Going to buy it another size as well!!!

Good even heat through out the pan, energy saving as requiring less usage of gas level to cook with. Easy cleaning as the non stick surface can be washed under hot water and wiped clean with a paper towel. Highly recommend this brand.

I bought this primarily to fry my sausage patty and cook my egg in the morning, but it get's used by other members of my family quite a lot. This was not the case using the other 8" non-stick pan which finally met a high-heat death. This skillet is solid as a rock. The down sides are that it takes a bit longer to heat (first world problem) and may be a tiche heavy for small people or the elderly. After 2-3 months of use, I can easily say I'm happy with this pan even though at $120 it aint't cheap.
