Both patches come with both sides of the "velcro" material. I really only needed one patch and wasn't sure how it would arrive based on the description (I assumed that maybe one patch must be sewn on and the other patch had the velcro option - but I can confirm that two of the same patch with velcro options arrives. If you don't need both sides of the velcro material, simply peel that side off.) This fits perfectly for a sling mini-backpack that I purchased that already had the velcro patch embroidered. Great sturdy material with vivid color! I plan to use with my mini-backpack during summer festivals!

These are decent patches, they are thick, have good velcro and come with the opposite side of velcro to sew onto your garment. They are made in China according to the sticker on the packaging, but I did not see this listed in the item description.

Nice patches for the price! Served the purpose well on my husband's work jackets. Easy to put on too! I put one on with the sewing machine, and one I used stitch glue and even through the wash they are holding up well!

This what I was needing to replace and was a perfect fit and matched exactly as advertised! Did arrive one day late, but that was not the manufacturer's/suppliers fault - it shipped same day I ordered it. Very pleased with the product that I received.

The patches came in on time. Great quality. I did like the fact all I had to sew on was the velcro part instead of trying to sew on the stitched patch part. Made my life a whole lot easier when making a costume in a few hours for a music video. Thanks!

Beautifully embroidered patch, but had no velcro backing. what I received are strictly sew-on patches, which is not what was depicted in the ad; although in the ad it says sew-on, hook & loop, and even iron on... The vendor should be exact in their product description. Caveat emptor

The quality of the stitching is sharp. Both patches come with the velcro to be sewn on the garment and the backing already sewn on the patch. I will definitely buy from these guys again. Got here super quick too.
