Best Topper Ever!
I've tried quite a few different mattress toppers over a 10 year period of time. I've found that I've gotten the best uninterrupted night of sleep with this particular mattress toppers. For me, comfort lies with just the right amount of thickness and the cooling effect. Highly recommend!!

Very Comfortable Mattress Topper with Great Support and Cooling Feel
This mattress topper made a big difference in comfort right away. The thickness feels just right and adds a nice layer of support without being too soft or too firm. It helps relieve pressure and made sleeping much more comfortable overall. I was also happy that there was little to no odor when opening it, which is always a concern with foam products. The cooling feel is noticeable and helps keep it from getting too warm during the night. The cover seems easy to remove and clean, which is a nice bonus for washability. It also feels like it offers some basic protection, and the material seems resistant enough to handle normal use. Overall, it feels high quality, supportive, and comfortable. It is a great upgrade if you want better sleep without replacing your whole mattress.

Excellect mattress topper but...
Background: My talalay mattress had become really uncomfortable. To the point that sleeping on the couch was better. So I decided to advantage of the July Fourth Mattress Sales and get a new mattress. After some YouTube reviews, I went to local mattress store that had some solid deals with the intention of only buying a Tempur-Pedic Breeze Hybrid. After explaining my needs, issues and aches I ended up testing 6 different mattresses. The two mattresses I ended up deciding on was the Aireloom Cardiff Luxury Firm mattress & the Tempur Breeze, both roughly $4500. In the end I was convinced to not purchase the Tempur-Pedic Breeze Hybrid and go with the Aireloom Medium Firm for 50% off & an adjustable base. I'm a bigger guy and was told that this type would suit me better and having slept on a similar mattress at friend's house, it seemed like a good idea. So I took the deal. I figured it would be a bit of an adjustment to go from a pure talalay/memory foam mattress to a hybrid mattress so I was expecting an adjustment period. After two weeks, I didn't have anymore neck issues or arm numbness and it was much easier to get out of the actual bed however I started to wake up with horrible hip pain which was a totally new thing. At this point, I'm stuck with the Aireloom mattress due to the deep discount I did not get 100 day trial. So I decided to look at into mattress toppers. This is how I ended up back at Tempur Pedic. The Topper: First off, I was nervous about this purchase due to the amount of toppers people received that arrived damaged or with torn covers etc. However 50% price drop I went ahead & took the risk. Thankfully when I unboxed it, mine had arrived in perfect condition. The topper itself on this firm of a mattress is a perfect match. It amazingly provides the softness needed to reduce the hip issues and provided comfortable support that was not squishy in the least and restful sleeping experience. Contrary to what I assumed would happen, it did not completely flatten. The first night/morning after using the topper I literally didn’t get out of bed until noon, it was that comfortable. The Issue: The one thing with this topper that I can’t figure out how to remedy is slippage. My new base is an adjustable base so when I’ve adjusted to watch a movie, read a book or work using my ‘bed desk’ from home, the topper moves. It moves more way easily than I thought it could considering the fact that it’s underneath a very tight mattress protector and it is quite heavy. Dependent on which side of the bed in get on, it pulls that direction. The topper's cover base has ‘no slip traction' which is clearly not enough to keep the topper from sliding. It’s has become a pain to constantly have it sliding off the edge but the comfort outweighs that bit if of frustration. Looking for remedies and will update if I find one. TLDR: Great topper but only at the reduced price. Wish I had just purchased the Tempur-Pedic Breeze Hybrid mattress and forgone the topper altogether. However, the topper has a created such a different feel with the Aireloom mattress that I have no idea if this combination just happened to be complimentary or if the Breeze Hybrid would actually be any better.

Tempurpedic reels me back in...
I bought a $3500 Tempurpedic "Cloud Supreme" mattress about 6 years ago when I was having serious hip pain. The relief it brought was miraculous. But, after roughly two years, that same mattress began to sag in a most unpleasant way. Sleeping in the deep "canyons" created by the foam giving way made my sleeping hellish - or more accurately - way too hot. Now I have more arthritis in my hips and my shoulders and found myself with a problem. I detested sleeping on the mattress and wanted a new one, but the thought of an innerspring mattress' springs pushing back up on my pain points was too much to bear. And there was no way I was ever going to spend $3500. on another Tempurpedic that would probably last me only another two years. So I suffered and frankly, was too anxious to try anything else - even the new hybrids - part foam & gel, part springs. Finally, I couldn't take it anymore and decided to buy a mattress from an online company that really will take back a mattress that doesn't work out - they don't have a business without that perk. I ordered one with a Euro pillow top because I like a softer bed. I would classify the mattress as a "light hybrid." Turned out that what the mattress manufacturer considered "soft" and I considered "soft" were about as far apart as can be. But, I decided that since I had a few months to try it out, I would try some "topper-like" modifications. I tried a few things we have around the house and got close, but nothing quite worked out. Despite my "falling out" with all things Tempurpedic, I could still recall how miraculous the mattress was the first two years I owned it - it MILDLY conformed to my body then (no disappearing halfway into it). The sleeping was excellent and without pain. There really IS something to the idea that metal springs can and do push pressure back up into parts of your body and causing pain. So, I decided to give this topper a try - $300 definitely is more affordable than $3500. The topper brought me back to the feeling that I was sort of "skimming" the bed. The arthritis pain was disappearing. I've never cared for the "conforming" feeling of any Tempurpedic product. Also, truthfully, I LOATHE the absolute flatness of the top of Tempurpedic products. Perhaps I am too "old school," but I like a layer of soft and pillowy next to my body. Tempurpedic never worked for me in that way. At that point, with my pain gone with the new mattress and the TempTopper, it occured to me that I could try a topper on top of the 3" Tempurpedic topper (for the record, "toppers" of any kind DO NOT work well with a Tempurpedic mattress - especially if you have pain). So I spent hours reading here on Amazon looking for the right pillowy softness for my topper's topper! I needed the right height, the right fabric and a texture on top that showed and felt "pillowy" through my sheets. I had left that absolutely flat Tempurpedic mattress top in the past - along with it's ridiculously sinking hot hole. Luckily, I found the right topper to suit my sleep needs. So I feel great. The new mattress I bought cost less than half of the disastrous $3500 Tempurpedic Cloud Supreme. The Tempurpedic 3" topper ($300) took care of the pain caused by "springs pushing into my hips and shoulders." The "pillow topper" was less than $100 and takes care of making my sleeping experience comfortable and plush. The best part? As I see it, the only thing that <may> go wrong with this new "configuration" is the Tempurpedic topper perhaps getting a little too soft years down the road. It's only 3 inches high. How much could I really sink? And if I do eventually, I can live much easier replacing a $300 piece of foam than a $3500. mattress for the exact same amount of pain relief. I am a HAPPY CAMPER!

Judge for yourself and give your opinion.
I have owned several 3” Queen mattress toppers over the years due to back problems. In 2020, I invested in the 3” Tempur-Pedic TEMPUR-Supreme. It was expensive, but it was worth every penny. Its comfort, support, and quality were excellent. At the beginning of 2026, it started to deteriorate, and cracks began to appear in the foam. I contacted Tempur-Pedic to file a warranty claim, but because the topper had some stains around the edges from normal use after several years, the manufacturer used that as an excuse to deny the warranty. Despite the bad experience with Tempur-Pedic’s customer service, I decided to purchase the same model again because the original had been excellent. I even bought a waterproof protector to prevent them from denying another warranty claim in the future for the same reason. To my surprise, the topper I received was not the same product I had purchased in 2020. The foam was much lighter, felt considerably less dense, and the quality was clearly inferior. I checked the labels and found an important difference: the 2020 model stated “viscoelastic polyurethane,” while the 2026 model only states “polyurethane.” Because of that difference in quality, I decided to return it immediately for a refund. It is far too expensive a product to offer a quality that is much lower than it was just a few years ago. My recommendation is to protect your money and also consider other brands.

Makes bed super soft
I have a queen size "firm" posturepedic Plus Hybrid Sealy mattress and although it's an excellent mattress, I still experienced some loss in circulation and pressure on my hips and shoulders as a side sleeper. I had been planning on buying this mattress topper for about a month before purchasing. I watched a video of someone reviewing it outside of Amazon and I'd like to share some notes he stated that are true to this topper. If you want to watch that video, look up "Tempur adapt mattress topper review - the best pressure relief?" by Mattress Clarity. The video as of writing this review is 5 years old. For reference, I am 5'6", 107lbs and I'm bony. I sleep on my side but sometimes roll over onto my back during the night. I have osteoarthritis in my left hip and I've had a history of cervical nerve issues, which makes my left arm numb when I sleep wrong. Your mattress underneath has to be firm because this topper is SOFT. You probably don't want to be trapped inside your mattress if it's too soft. If your mattress is, for instance, 8 out of 10 on the firmness scale (10 being closer to that of a tabletop), then this topper will reduce that number to around 5. My mattress is soft in comparison to other brands, so there was a concern that this topper would make my bed too soft, but that hasn't been the case. When I first put this on top of my mattress, I was concerned my hips and especially my shoulders would poke through the foam and be touching the mattress. It might be two inches thick but I haven't actually done that. I'm well-padded. The softness is perfect for me. It did take a few nights for my body to adjust, as I was still waking up with sore hips, but after a month of sleeping on this combo, I wake up refreshed. I was concerned that I'd maybe need the 3 inch topper instead, but the 2 inches work perfectly fine. Maybe in the future when I might wear this one out, I'll get the 3inch. But for now, this works. I also love how, like the tempur-pedic mattress, it's motion isolating. I wouldn't trust that a glass of wine wouldn't topple over, like they used to demonstrate in old tempur-pedic commercials, because my Sealy mattress is a bit springy. So if you're expecting this to be perfectly motion isolating, I think it largely depends on your mattress. If you were like me and were concerned that this topper might shift around without mattress straps, it's ok because mine hasn't budged. However, I do not flop around much while I sleep, so I'm not sure if a flopper would experience the same thing I have been. The box came with a nice fitted sheet that keeps it in place. But for me, this topper has so much grip, I struggled getting it onto my mattress because it decided it didn't want to move. I would recommend someone else help you, especially if you have a queen or larger. But it is doable solo. Speaking of the fitted sheet it came with, you might want to look into replacing the fitted sheet you already have with something with deeper pockets because this topper does heighten your bed. Deeper pockets or size up, like from queen to king. There is minimal smell right out of the package. I didn't mind it at all. I couldn't immediately access my package when it arrived. So this topper was sitting in its packaging for several days. I was worried it wouldn't decompress. Luckily, it decompressed almost immediately by itself. I didn't need to do anything for it to spring into working order. As for my medical issues, I experienced some arthritic pain at first, but that slowly disappeared. I've had zero issues with my cervical nerve to the point where I forget I even have that issue. I would recommend this tempur-pedic mattress topper to those who have similar features to me and for side sleepers. Larger builds will benefit from this as well, but if you're bigger, I'd suggest watching that video because the guy reviewing it is a bigger guy. Update (April 19 2025): Tempurpedic foam, I've learned, makes you sweaty at night. I haven't really stopped sweating with this topper. I am normally a cold sleeper, so this surprised me. Also, it did shift a little bit and it's hard to move it back in place, so I've kept it where it decided to sit. The comfort of this item is too precious for me to get rid of it, that being said.

Extremely soft, sink into it.
I'm on the fence with this mattress topper. I have disc issues with my neck, tendonitis in my elbows and a back that sometimes goes out. I'm 5'2 and about 100lbs. I have a Tempur-Pedic mattress that's 8 years old and it is still in great shape (no sagging or anything) but over the last year I just toss and turn back and forth due to shoulder pain. My husband has been having shoulder pain from the mattress also. Before going down the road of trying a million different mattresses I thought it might be a good idea to try a Tempur-Pedic mattress topper. Less expensive and I thought I just need some cushioning support to help our shoulders. It arrived a few days ago and we unrolled it from the packaging. It did have a smell, which I smelled strongly the first night and slightly the second night. It is super soft! Like too soft to where I feel like I am sinking deep and I don't weigh very much. My husband has had much less shoulder pain and I have a had a little less. Although, my back hurt towards morning the second night. I will update this as I sleep on it longer but I am kind of thinking the 3" might be too much and I would prefer 2", but really not sure that is the issue. I'm just not sold on this yet. It does have the cooling cover and you can feel the coolness to the touch or when you lay down, of you move to a new spot you will feel it again, however, the spot you were just in will be warm. I sleep very hot and it has been good so far!

I so needed this kind of topper for my really sore back and hips, but it bunches up in my bed because I sleep sort of sitting up.. but its better than the rest I have purchased.. I love tempurpedic so I am hoping this helps in the long run ... update" wow... even with the bit that bunches up at my lower back I am soo comfy... a little over heated but just love this.. have changed rating to 5 star... now if I could only sleep..

Heavy yet softly comfortable
Much heavier than I expected and larger than a Japanese double bed but comfortable. It took me time to adjust to it -- about a month but eventually I did and I cannot imagine going back to my former solid futon.
