Have ordered these multiple times before and been reasonably happy. The product in latest order was completely different! They are much shorter in length, big toe is much wider, and they don't have the natural curve for the other toes (see attached pictures comparing the earlier product and the new product) which makes these not fit well and are unusable for me. Disappointed!The original product was called "Gel Toe Sleeves" the new ones are called "gel metatarsal pads." Maybe these are not even the same thing. I want the original product...

These are amazing, I do ballroom dance and wear heels at work and end up having so much foot and back pain that I want to cry. I’ve had heels on for 7 hours and my feet are still comfortable! No pain in my back or legs either. This is the best purchase I’ve made on Amazon for myself!

It did help with the my blistered big toe as described. However, you do need wear running socks, or any socks that can help to keep it in place.It does add extra layer, and makes the shoes feel more snug. It is very soft to push off on toes, it takes some adjustment.It did rip after couple hours of wear, that might be misuse on my part, I will add a photo later.

Should come in 2 or 3 sizes like narrow, medium & wide!

At first they felt weird, but they have been saving my feet at work! No sore toes or feet. I can walk comfortably without my toes hurting in my wedge boots.

I have Greek-shaped feet (2nd toe longest) so my 2nd toe keeps rubbing and pressing against the steel-toed shoes I wear at work. These gel protectors did not do the job. They actually made the shoes fit even *more* snug and the corns on my feet hurt even more after using these things. Only good thing I can say is that they stay in place if you are wearing socks.

Granted this fits the foot but there is no comfort unless you wear some toe off extra wide medical shoe. There is no comfort even trying to wear with a gym shoe a flat ladies shoe wearing this and also putting on a sock is a no no

I have purchased these to wear with my mules. I really like them, they say on my foot nicely. Just a bit too bulky for some of my mules.

Los protectores se adaptan muy bien a mis pies, pero creo que no son para usar durante muchas horas. Porque al final del día no están en su lugar. Han mantenido mis pies sin la molesta fricción del zapato en los dedos pequeños y al lado del dedo gordo. Cumplen perfectamente su propósito.

It works well BUT I’d have to re-buy ALL MY SHOES AT LEAST HALF A SIZE BIGGER !!! which is completely unnecessary unreasonable in exchange for the cushioning.
