Great Freezer
So far this has been a great freezer. It didn't have casters but at 168 lbs we were able to move it to where we wanted it easily. It cooled down quickly and runs quietly using a regular household plug. I haven't had it long enough to speak to it's reliability but it appears well built. There was a problem with the shipping company getting hold of us so I had a chance to interact with customer service. I am very confident that if I did have a problem they would stand by their product. At this time though this Freezer is perfect and I look forward to years of use out of it.

Great Freezer
Fantastic freezer being rather light so easy to move, great structure and does an excellent freezing job within a short period of time.

Wowzers
All in all the freezer isn't a bad product but when it got to me it has dents in every panel on the outside of the thing. I called the company that sells them and they still have yet to call and leave a message with a good contact back.

I bought this and loaded it with a half cow. I love it.

It works
Large, maintains cold, however it leaks air along the center seal causing the walls to freeze icicles. Loss of energy at this point of air entry.
