This chocolate is very smooth and creamy. It melts easily and the quality is great for the cost. I haven’t baked with it yet but I have made Dubai chocolate bars. I am sure when I bake my cake it will be the perfect touch.

These are the best white chocolate chips I have used for baking. I add them to brownie mix before baking and have found they retain their shape during cooking and have a lovely flavour and texture. Whilst more expensive than other chocolate chips, well worth it.
