This grinder is just delightful. I bought it just over a month ago because I wanted a grinder with a receptacle that I could use for my fancy schmancy peppercorns, and this thing turned out to be perfect. I noticed a lot of other reviewers had some specific complaints, which I think are worth addressing:1. Size: Yes, it’s small. You can pretty clearly see that in the product photos. I personally have pretty big hands, and I have no problem holding this. I can also walk and chew gum at the same time. Yes, the opening to fill it is small (again, just like in the photos). That’s why it comes with an adorable yet functional scoop. As long as your hands aren’t shaking from too many wine coolers last night, you should have no trouble loading it. It can hold a decent amount, but yeah you’ll have to refill it more often than your Costco grinder. I like to load just enough for each use so that I can switch up my peppercorns as I go.2. Construction: Yes! The bottom comes off! That’s what it’s supposed to do. You know, so you can get to that pepper that you just ground. Just support the bottom while you’re grinding, and you’ll be fine. I myself just hold it so that I can brace the bottom with my ring and pinky fingers, and have never had a problem with spillage.Bottom line is that this is a wonderful little grinder. It looks great on my counter, and is perfectly functional for my needs. It would make a great gift for others or for yourself.

This is an attractive pepper mill with beautiful design to the finish that has an almost tarnished pewter look but it is SMALL! Honestly it's about as round as a toilet tissue tube but not as tall. Some of my peppercorns were difficult to put into the hopper. Disappointed in the size but love the look and it does work if you have small peppercorns. Not super convenient but a nice decoration.

It's cute and it works-ish. This grinder is incredibly tiny... Needs refilling every other dinner tiny. The size also makes refilling the grinder kind of difficult and annoying.Does a fairly decent job of grinding at least and the collection cup is convenient.

How can I rate it when I sent it back without opening it. It was very small. I watched the video. It seems nice, but it wasn't what I was expecting.

This Copper Spice/Herb Grinder in beautifully crafted and yes it actually works well, it is easy to use for a person who is willing to spend the time grinding their own spices and has the patience to perform the activity by hand. The chamber is actually a on the small size and it cleans up well. It is not all copper and this makes it more durable. Read the instructions. If your into cooking with spices this is a great value.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Price and visual appearance. Very stylish. Comes with a small scoop. Directions are well written and easy to follow.
