Flimsy and don't cut well
Flimsy flimsy flimsy. These look very sharp and are reasonably well finished but when it comes to actually cutting anything they are not very good at all. If you want to trim individual hairs they are great but if you're trying to cut the length of the blade you get about halfway down the blade and the scissors split and fold over. Basically I haven't been able to get them to cut past between a third and a half of the length of the blade. And for my purposes that's just not enough. Cheap scissors from the dollar store work better than this.

So-So
I bought these to replace a pair of Fromm (U.S. made) scissors that I bought in 1989. These new scissors are about as sharp as my 31 year old Fromm's are today. A good pair of barber scissors is sharp and cuts well at the tips or ends of the blades. That is the working area of barber scissors. These may be "razor sharp" and "mirror finished" but they do a better job of chewing than of cutting at the tips.
