Doesnt come with access code
The book arrived with bumps and bruises on the cover page and a few of the pages were folded and crumpled. If you click on RENT this book it clearly states it doesn't come with access code but when buying new it doesn't say anything about it. A few other reviews said it doesn't come with it, but I wish the title or description would be clearer about it. As long as you don't need the access code it's a good book. Though I don't like that it is a little scratched.

Make sure you click the () drop down. I thought buying it brand new was going to come with the MyIT Lab and it doesn't. Read that whole fat paragraph that could be condensed into like 2 sentences before you buy the book, especially if you need the MyIT Lab.
