Bought a re-conditioned phone from this company supposedly for older people to use. When it arrived it had a small chip in the side. I thought this is what you got with a reconditioned phone despite what they advertised. The phone at best has worked intermittently I thought this was me until a young family member told me it was the phone that did not work properly. Over time the chip has spread.This company has refused to honour their 12 month guarantee.Their latest email said "the buyer has not looked after this phone" How would they know having refused consistently to take it back and refund my money? I wish I had gone to the High Street and bought a phone. What a waste of £100. My advice would be to purchase elsewhere. Don't waste your money.

Really poor phone, bought because of Which review but in reality the phone has failed within 6 months of purchase and now will not charge. Considering I paid £150 for this phone I would have expected a lot more life out of this!

Bought two for two 80year old and they adapted to them.

Could not get much easier
