I haven't experienced them drying out per say. I have more problems with them splitting and falling off. They are not quite wide enough to work on mechanical pencils. sigh.

I no longer have the original package but I Googled the Company and I checked my original order. I absolutley cannot find where they're from. Regardless, I would buy these exact ones again if I needed them because they're the best I've ever had.
