Great gift but came with a Broken handle
The grandma mug came with a cracked handle. They are no longer selling these to get a replacement. Would love if customer service would send me a new one.

Grandma Cried
Gave this to my Grandparents for Christmas and my Grandma cried. They are an amazing product, well made with thick glass. Lasted on a plane ride and some (not great) driving skills. If you have any doubts about this product, don’t. Grandparents will love it and they’re very durable.

Faded Design in Short time.
These mugs are lovely. My only issue is that according to the ad here, it states it is dishwasher safe, and won't fade. My father in law loves this mug, and is saddened to see that his mug faded in such a short time of use.The mugs don't have anything on the bottom stating care instructions or dishwasher/microwave safe.I would like to get another one to replace it but am unsure if I should knowing it'll do the same.
