Out of the Turret and Into Hell: WWII Aerial Gunner's Story - Stalags 7A and 17B - Life of a Prisoner of War

I was very moved by this book and excited I could get a signed copy. This is the second one I bought - this one is a gift.

A story that could have been written in an interesting and exciting manner, but was not. Too much uninteresting dialogue, and spelling errors...the writing needed some serious editing. For a much better book about Stalag 17B, I recommend the true version: "Stalag 17B: Prisoner of War," by Richard H. Hoffman, Lt. Col. USAF (Ret.) The book reviewed here was disappointing, sorry to say.
