Great warm jacket for winter. I ordered this jacket for my husband who works construction and usually wears Carhartt. This jacket is just as warm and much more stylish. I was really impressed! The zipper is heavy duty and the lining is professional quality looking. I'll update again if we have any issues.

If you're a woman's large I recommend the small if you want a fitted look and a medium if you want a looser fit. My chest is 37in at the widest point and I have a large rib cage and wide shoulders. I found the bottom of the jacket to be ever so slightly small, but I could still zip up the jacket because it's stretchy. My hips are 38in at their widest point and the jacket had a slightly hard time accommodating them. The jacket sits just above my hips just under the belt line of a midrise jean.

I never write reviews but I was so mpressed with the quality and price of this product--I'm writing. I am difficultt to fit as my arm length and waist are a men's small, but my shoulders are more like a medium. I can either wear a men's small or medium depending on the cut but I always have to go try things on at a store to find the right fit which is not easily found.. SO--I was skeptical about this purchase. I first ordered a medium since small sizes are usually tight around my shoulders. The medium was cut to full for me and I returned it. I then ordered a small and it fit perfectly--and coats almost never fit me perfectly. It is a full-cut small. I was impressed with the weight of it when I took it out of the package. It is extremely well made and an amazing buy for the money. Also on a personal note--the coat for me is the perfect amount of "army-navy" look but a little more tailored in fit and a little stylish in appearance. A winner, I highly recommend it ( if it fits you,)

This jacket is very nice style. My son will not wear anything that has lots of flashy buttons zippers ect. so this worked great. It is pretty thick and warm. It only gets into the lower 30's where I am and this jacket does fine. It is not water proof so if u get stuck in the rain for a extended time the water will eventually soak thru, but it does well in light rain. My only issue was the size, My son wears a mens small so thats the size I ordered, way to small( refunded, prepaid shipping label USPS drop off very easy) ordered a medium and it was barley any larger then the small, I may end up buying a new jacket before the end of winter :( . Other than the size great jacket overall.

I've never really owned a winter coat myself, I usually just wear hoodies. But I figured since I hate winter here in Illinois I may as well feel decently warm in it. So I just sort of needed something to get from my car to my house or my car to wherever. This wasn't completely what I was expecting it to be, but I still do love it. The hood IS detachable, which is good because honestly the way it looks is almost kinda girly. However, when it's off the coat looks sort of dorky from behind. I'm 5' 9" and I weigh 130 Ibs and I ordered a medium since that's the size shirt I wear. It was sort of tight around the waist and wrists, but maybe over time it'll loosen up. My only actual complaint is that if I were to reach up for something while wearing it you'd be able to see my shirt or whatever I'm wearing underneath, which is fine, and it could be from the tightness I mentioned before. Still not sure if I love it better with or without the hood, but I'm happy with it. It's VERY warm, so it fulfills it's purpose(:

Just got the package and am reviewing with first impression. I weigh 140lb, and 5 feet 8 inches tall. The size of US Small fits me okay, but it's not as slim as picture portrayed; it's slightly wider by 1~3 inches around the body, and the sleeves also feel wider than picture. The brown color is of a slightly darker shade than portrayed, and some small portion of the stitches on the right front pocket is white instead of brown, which look like white spots from afar. Certain seams seem to be coming off, but that happens with a lot of clothes. The word stitch on top of the right chest pocket is not on the product I received, which I considered as an unexpected plus. The "WenVen" tag on the inside, under the collar, can actually be cut away with scissors, with fleece intact underneath. The epaulets on the shoulders can actually be unbuttoned and extend outward, but they seem to unbutton easily. Be careful when putting on book bag. I personally think the zipper portion around the neck could use a small piece of cloth on the inside, so the hard plastic rail of the zipper and zipper itself don't scratch the skin to cause discomfort. Due to the nature of the packaging, could probably use some washing and ironing before the collar and the body portion of the fabric look as smooth as the picture shown; as of the current right-out-of-the-box shape, the collar zigzags and there are wrinkles all over, making it look unseemly.

The jacket looks great and fit well. That said it stops their. Stitches are mot complete on the inside which is sad. This could have been a great product

I'm really impressed with the quality of this coat. I bought it for my 13 year old son (men's size medium - he's about 5'8") and it looks really nice on him. I love that it has a furry lining over the whole back and even in the hood (not that freezing cold lining that is often in coats). I think it will be really warm for him without being bulky. The buttons, zippers, and seams all look very hardy and high-quality which I appreciate. I bet this coat will last in good condition so his younger brothers can wear it when they grow into it.
