They really work!
I don’t understand how, but these really work. I usually only crave sugar after dinner so as soon as the urge hits, I just dissolve one of these on my tongue and almost immediately I lose my desire for sugar. The taste of the lozenge just tastes like a mint. I definitely would recommend these for anyone that can’t control sugar cravings on their own.

They really work!
They work to block sweet taste. Water still tastes normal after using and has helped stop late night snacking.

Does not work at all
No difference what-so-ever. Does not work slightly. Wasted money on this and I hope you guys read this. I love to try these types of things but it definitely wasn't remotely close to what they advertised. The slightest notice was within 3-5 minutes and even then I still tasted it (Tested on gummy bears and sprees)

Sweet Defeat ... Defeated by Sweets
Did you ever buy a product, knowing the whole time that it probably wasn't going to work, then tried it ... and discovered that it indeed didn't work at all? If you haven't, then I'd like to introduce you to Sweet Defeat.Sweet Defeat claims to reduce sugar cravings by making sugary foods taste unappetizing. Just dissolve one lozenge on your tongue, and sweets are supposed to taste much less appetizing for up to an hour afterward.I've always eaten more sweets than I should, so I ordered a couple of bottles, in hopes that they would help reduce cravings. When the bottles arrived in the mail today, I happened to have a pack of Skittles handy. So I figured, let's put this stuff to the test right away! I first ate a handful of Skittles (purely for research purposes to establish a baseline, I assure you). Then I dissolved a Sweet Defeat lozenge on my tongue, as directed.A minute later, I took another handful of Skittles. And they tasted ... like Skittles. Not at all funny or unappetizing. I ate the rest of the bag (purely for research purposes, I assure you; see attached picture for proof). Tasted just like every other bag of Skittles I've ever eaten. So, alas, I cannot recommend Sweet Defeat. It didn't do a thing for me. I suspect the company knows that their products don't do a thing, as their web site flatly states "we do not offer refunds on order placed after 2/19/2021." (Not sure why that date is significant, but it must be.)Avoid it. Or if you must try it, feel free to swing by my place, and I'll leave you the unused portion. (But act quickly! It'll be in the garbage can, and our garbage guys come early.)
