I'm very happy to have this slicer delivery is very fast . The slicer come with safe holder, holder for the blades and with box for the already chop slices! Before I have used Borner V Slicer but that slicer I'll say it's even better then Borner slicer if you compeer them with the equipment how they come in box Borner don't have safe holder for the attachments and box to keep already chop slices veg. or fruits ! I don't know how long will last the V blades and the quality of the stainless still but it's worth the money !!!I will Recommend This Slicer to Everyone !!!

Good for softer veg however didn't work well on a sweet potato or swede. I was trying to make "crisps" but the blade just wasn't sharp enough. used it on carrot, courgette, cuc's, leeks etc tho with no problem. I also don't use the veg holder that comes with it, I bought a pair of cut resistant gloves that work a treat.

Very effective dicer/grater. Makes veg prep a whole lot quicker and hassle free, to extent that it's no longer a chore, and so now my diet gets a great boost in veg intake. Quick rinse under tap and it's all ready for the next use.

This is an amazing mandolin, bought it to julienne carrots and it actually works. Slicing option is also brilliant and is also quite compact. Love it.

I've tried two other mandolins. This product is the best so far:- easy to use- safe- functional- value for money- strongly recommended
