PROS:- Super easy to use! I hooked it up in seconds...literally plug and go!- Works well with a two story home as far as reception.- It comes with two cameras that can stand on their own or set up on a wall.- It has a temperature setting,- It has a mute option, but you can visually see if there is noise in the room...which helps with grunting (but sleeping) infants to not have to go in their room if they are not awake- It is very easy to use. I know I've said it twice, but that's huge when you're a sleep deprived parent and just need something easy that works.- Has two way speaker to tell your toddler to go to bed for the millionth time without going in the room- Battery charge lasts a long time and it has a plug to recharge or keep it plugged in. Cord is a good length too.FOR THE PRICE this is a great product and it is easy to use!Some of the cons are:- Picture quality is fair. You will not have HD image of your baby, but it is a good quality.- The cameras are not adjustable from the remote. You have to manually set them. If you have moving toddlers, that may not work to follow them. I used for a baby...and even he managed to scoot himself out of sight sometimes.- The cameras are plug in only...which can be a safety issue for older kids who can play with the cord.

Simple to hook up. Camera works great. Picture does have a power saving mode and goes black if there is no movement. Day and night vision is clear. Duel way audio. I got this mainly because of the two way audio, multi camera system, and for the fact that I read a review stating that the company sent them more monitors, since they can not be found sold elsewhere. I have only had it a few weeks but would definitely recommend it. This model comes with two cameras and is capable up to four. I would love to have two more cameras so I can keep a visual when my children are playing in the yard!Update: I reached out to the company and they are unable to send additional monitors, nor offered any promotions or deals on purchasing more cameras. This was not what I was expecting. A single camera on their company web site is listed at $44.99 for ONE camera. If you got two cameras, it’s only like $10 more to get the duel pack with the monitor. I changed my rating from 5 stars to 4 stars because of this. Otherwise it functions as described.

Night vision is not great but otherwise picture is okay. Better than my old one at least. Sound sucks. Picks up the sound machine across the room and as loud as crap but I can never hear what my toddler is trying to say to me. The VOX doesn’t work- I’m guessing because of the sound machines. It works sometimes if I turn it up to level three but only with one camera attached. I have two kids - two camera and VOX won’t work now. I tried to contact customer support but they wouldn’t help unless me I gave them the warranty info. I didn’t get a warranty. Oh and the temp thing is always wrong. Would love to send it back but didn’t realize the flaws until I started using it with second camera. By that time I don’t have the packaging or anything else. Oh well. Also, The dumb scan feature should stop if it starts picking up noise. It keeps going so you can never actually hear all of what your kid is saying - you constantly get interrupted so I have to change the setting to just that camera.

So right away I noticed the temperature is WAY off on both cameras, by like 40 degrees and it bounces around. But that isn't an issue, I don't need that function. The picture quality on one is actually fairly decent, so is the night vision. But the other isn't good at all and neither is the night vision and no matter what I do or where I move it, it doesn't get any better. The VOX setting also doesn't work right, even on the lowest setting it will pick up any other noise and turn the screen on. My daughter has a small desk fan across the room from the camera and every time I turned the screen off it would just come right back on. And I THINK that's what caused the parent unit to not charge right over night, 5 minutes off the charger and it was red and beeping. It would be a nice monitor for the price if everything worked. None of the major functions work like they are supposed too so I will be returning it.
