Super excited to get these gauntlets, but the build quality was super poor, scratches all over and the right gauntlet fingers were really rusted. Oil was everywhere. Nothing a little refurbishing can do, I'm wiping it down, but I'm just really let down by the poor quality of the package as it arrived. Gotta love the material though! It's heavy, and the clink of metal is to die for! Not too happy with quality though...EDIT:I ended up refunding these and getting new ones. The new ones had no rust but were missing leather straps 😭. I reached out to customer service and they agreed to send me a new pair free of charge!!! This new pair had no rust AND came with leather strips, it was beautiful!!

So realistic! Not recommended to use when jerkin the ham off the bone it gets a little slicey. Definitely good protection being used for my moderated LARP events. Hoping to make it to espn soon.

My 16 yo was thrilled to add to his cosplay. He is happy about the articulation and fit. Yes, they smell but expected that with the machining from previous purchase of a great helm.

The design and steel durability are great! But leather gloves aren't durableThere are several holes I think it'll be okay if I fix the leather gloves or buy a new one later

We picked these up on a whim for some fun photos my wife and I wanted to do and I was blown away by the quality of them for the price.

I got these for my son who was building a Templar costume. They are perfect. The articulation is great, they are well crafted and he got tons of compliments on his attention to detail for the costume.

The metal is fine. The paint is poor quality and the leather gloves are trash. I put one of them on and they split between all fingers. My hands are size large in most gloves, so they’re not overly big hands. The glove fit well and I didn’t feel them tearing or hear any threads pop. I suspect the threading was just poorly done.

So these are beautifully made and are sturdy and strong, but I had a different purpose for these gauntlets!Around 6 weeks or so before Christmas, my father was trying to help his injured puppy get something out of his paw and the puppy was uncomfortable and in enough pain he tried to stop my father from touching his paw at all and so he basically attacked my father's hands. He left my father with needing replacement skin on one hand since he ripped off what skin he did have. And broke the other hand in 2 places and in need of stitches in a couple places.So for Christmas I ordered these gauntlets for my father for his Christmas (gag) gift!! I wrapped the box and on the tag specifically wrote to Daddy to use when taking care of the dog and in bold NOT FOR OTIS (the dog's name)!!!And these gauntlets were the hit of our family Christmas party!! Everyone had to try them on, everyone came up with their little jabs at my dad all day, (all in good fun of course)!! These gauntlets had to be the most talked about, passed around, tried on, and most popular gift of the day!!
