As someone who has suffered from insomnia pretty much my whole adult life (20+ years) and has tried literally everything OTC or prescribed, I am SOOOO grateful to finally have found something that actually works! I have been using this product for about 3 weeks now, five (sometimes 6 days a week) and I have gotten the same result every time. They are tiny in size. Dissolve in your mouth or you can bite into them and swallow very quickly. The taste is neither here nor there. Slight berry but nothing drastic. Certainly not as bad as cough syrup (which I can never keep down). Excellent value for the price with 12mg each you're sure to get a good nights rest on one. I started with two because I have a high tolerance to most things. Like I said, 3 max is all I've had to take to be out within 20 minutes. They come in a sturdy plastic bottle with an easy flip top for convenient access. I left the cotton inside to ensure maximum freshness. Received October 2025 and expiration date is good until 11/27. I have trouble sleeping because of menopause, and I decided to try this after reading the reviews. It does help, but the strength feels mild for me. Taking three tablets works much better and finally helps me fall asleep. The berry flavor is fine and it dissolves quickly. Overall, it’s a good value and gentle, but not very strong unless I take a higher amount.

You only need one tablet to do the trick. You may think 12mg is a lot, but it's not. We also use the other option of 5mg and there are times when we'll use 2 tablets instead of one. This takes care of that. The taste is great, it dissolves quickly and is very effective in sleeping through the night and not feeling groggy upon waking. I try to switch melatonin products so I don't get too immune to them, and I have to say, this one really is our favorite. We have used it during travel and use it nightly to help give us the extra boost we need to sleep soundly, and yes, we both sleep very soundly with this product.

The Carlyle 12mg “fast dissolve” melatonin are definitely more effective than other brands I’ve tried, and the 180 tabs/bottle seem to be the most cost-effective. I personally don’t care much for the taste, it’s a small, smooth textured “berry” flavored tablet, but for me it still has that slightly chalky type of after-taste. No odd or unpleasant odor, no kind of No effects noted, no digestive or other negative reactions noted from it, and I’ve been taking it along with Valerian root nightly for years. Good value when looking for an effective melatonin.

Works great! I normally only have to take a half of one. Dissolves easily and not a bad taste. This is the best sleep aid that I have tried, definitely worth the money!

I can typically only find 10 mg in the store. Great price & they taste good (not as chalky) but they also take longer to dissolve.

This stuff works for the most part, but i unfortunately experienced pretty bad headaches, nausea, and extended drowsiness the following day. 4his was consistent after a couple of weeks trying it on and off. If you get these be wary of the potential side effects.
