The seller did contact me and replaced the product free of charge. Was satisfied with their customer service and very thankful for replacing the product after the Amazon return date. New scope is working fine.

I bought a scope, being a nursing student, and the scope and case is perfect. It also has extra add-ons that I don’t think i need. But i had a problem with my scope, and their customer service contacted me and took care of the issue. I would buy from them in “the blink of an eye exam!”. I am a satisfied customer.

I received this for my nurse practitioner class - health and physical assessment. I bought it about a month before class and I tested everything out as far as the lights etc. The lights all work but when looking in the eye it’s nothing but a glare and is not working correctly. I even had my instructor attempt and she agreed that the device was not working correctly. I’m now passed the return period for Amazon by two days and now have to purchase another one because of that, therefore I will be going with a different brand.
