If you're hesitant to purchase because of the price, but yet you're torn because you need a good, quality umbrella...just get it. I went round and round before purchasing, but I'm so happy we made the investment.There's a previous review that talks about tips when putting the umbrella together...read it for sure. The installation insructions are very minimal, so we missed the part about installing the LED part first. We ended up just using a ladder to attach it. You also want to make sure you remove ALL the protective packaging on the interior of the fabric or else you won't be able to fully open the umbrella.We had zero lighting on our deck and so the LED light feature is AMAZING. It lights up the space so well.Thank you, Purple Leaf!

When this arrived, the tent/canvas had some holes. We went through the return process with Amazon and they were very helpful and responsive. Before we actually returned it, my husband decided to contact Purple Leaf. They were SO helpful. We sent pictures and order information and they sent a new tent/canvas without any question. I would highly recommend this umbrella - we have thoroughly enjoyed it and hope to continue for a long time. It's easy to use and very effective. And it looks very nice on our patio. I also recommend because both Amazon and Purple Leaf were GREAT to work with us when there was a problem.

Update: looks brand new after removing the cover from its winter sleep. The square version is so elegant.I under estimated the size of this umbrella. It’s huge and I am very glad I bought the purple leaf stand that goes with it, perfect fit. I’m glad I measured my patio which is 10 feet wide. Be sure you have plenty of room to swing it around and open and close it. I have to swing it around to close it because of my patio furniture. This is no problem because it rotates very easily around my patio. I have utilize the cantilever to shade my garden during the hot summer heat wave.

This is my second purchase of a Purple Leaf in two months. The quality of this umbrella Is outstanding. Not only is the umbrella beautiful during the day, the lights also make it equally striking at night. It is extremely well built, durable with high quality materials, and easy to assemble. The coverage area of the umbrella is large and the crank system makes it easy to raise the umbrella and to find the right angle to provide the most shade. Please note the base is not included. We bought the recommended base and as you would expect it works well with the umbrella. The only issue is the base arrived much later than the umbrella and did not specify how much sand to include with the water. That said, the service center is unbelievable. Ask a question and you get a answer within 24 hours every time. As you can tell we really love our umbrellas from Purple Leaf.

Love it but you really need to include a base that can hold it. I can't drill in screws my patio is made of brick won't work. For the money you shouldn't have to buy a 150 dollar base too much money.

I really like the umbrella. Easy to use, looks great, lighting is cool. My issue is, the umbrella is black...the cover is beige. Doesn't seem like a major issue but our house is dark grey with white trim and black shutters. The beige cover stands out like a sore thumb and doesn't look good. Especially since we have it covered when not in use, which is far more than when we have it in use. It just doesn't make sense to use a beige cover for a black umbrella. I contacted the company hoping to even buy a different cover and they never responded. A response one way or the other would have avoided the review.

Altough this umbrella is on the expensive side, it appears to be very well made and very sturdy. The size is large enough to cover our patio furniture. The only negative thing is that the umbrella cover that came with it is tan, not black like the umbrella. So far, we are very pleased

Filling the plastic stand with sand was NOT easy. It holds about 220 pounds of sand, so it was a slow process to funnel that much sand in through a small opening. And, the stand takes up a lot of room on my patio. BUT, the umbrella was relatively easy for my son and me to assemble. It looks GREAT on my patio that gets full sun from dawn until around 3 pm in the summer. And the LED lights are a real bonus for evening patio time. The umbrella is sturdy in wind up to at least 15 mph, even when cantilevered to the lowest position. I do have an extra 100 pounds of sand in sandbags on top of the sand-filled umbrella base as extra insurance against tipping. I am really happy with this purchase!

Wir haben den Schirm Mittwoch Abend bestellt und Freitag war er schon da. Auf gut Glück haben wir uns dazu den "Schneider Universal-Bodenanker, zum Eingraben" bestellt und sie passen zusammen! :) Der Schirm ist auch mit Bodenanker weiterhin um 360 Grad drehbar. Er macht einen sehr guten und stabilen ersten Eindruck. Er lässt sich leicht öffnen, schräg stellen und drehen. Die Kurbel zum Drehen machen wir nach dem Drehen aber ab, da er sich so leichtgängig dreht, dass das Eigengewicht der Kurbel ihn auch weiter drehen kann. Das ist aber kein Problem, da die Kurbel oben die gleiche wie unten ist und beide abnehmbar sind. So nutzen wir erstmal nur eine Kurbel und behalten die zweite auf Vorrat!

Article defectueux au niveau de la toile.....le Sav reactif dans un premier temps propose une toile de remplacement.....jusque la tout va bien....sauf que le delais de livraison est juste interminable et le pompon sur la garonne c est que la nouvelle toile aura elle aussi un souci....d attache cousues au mauvais endroit...agacee par ces problèmes au regard du prix, du manque de qualité je demande un geste commercial pour arreter les degats....et hop le SAV fait le sourd jusqu'a la publication de mon avis....... Apres cela ils ont été arrangeant et soucieux de me satisfaire. Cependant parasol tres pratique et qui semble robuste.

Hyper facile à installer, à utiliser, à ranger ! Produit de super qualité !Je ne sais plus si la protection était vendu avec mais elle aussi est de super qualité !Le module solaire est facile à installé !Vu la météo nous n'avons pas encore essayé l'éclairage (mis à part pour "voir ce que cela faisait" et c'est jolie...) donc je ne sais pas si cela éclair suffisamment !La toile est d'une très bonne qualité, on ressent un peu la chaleur dessous !les manivelles permettent une manipulation aisée de l'ensemble !Cet article est MAGNIFIQUE !
