The metal parts arrived with scratches and digs. Screws difficult to align and screw in due to material clogging up the screw in sleeves. Printed instructions need to be more detailed.

I have owned the chair since Feb 2021, used Monday-Friday for work purposes and the height adjuster has become faulty.Great to be on teams meetings and lose height on the chair- can i get a replacement part?

for price this item isnt the easiest to assembletho once up does job

Arrived in a box that was not damaged but the seat of the chair was scuffed and there was glue on the seat, Only unpacked this and decided to return. Amazon are not offering collections at the moment due to the pandemic but have been good enough to extend the return period so I should be able to return once lockdown is over.Also looking at the seat the stitching does not look very strong either.I will have to wait until this is returned to purchase a new chair and working from home is causing me issues working from a kitchen chair.

Arrived with 2 left armrests unable to build it

Pretty easy to put together and is comfortable enough but it's quite creaky and doesn't feel very robust. Unfortunately I needed a new chair during lockdown and didn't have the luxury of being able to physically try anything in a shop so took a punt at this one. I wouldn't have bought this one had I'd been able to try it but it'll do for now.
