Bought this to diagnose fault codes when my Mercedes E-Class broke down and found it very simple to use. Read the fault codes very easy, googled the resulting code and was able to tell the garage exactly what was wrong and which part to order - simples!

For some reason I've had a great need for diagnostics lately where I usually wouldn't have. I've had mixed but mostly successful results with this as I've needed them on a couple of my cars and a friends. Firstly the less successful was my 2016 F31 BMW which has a RCM WL that I wanted to check out but this didn't pick it up. It did connect and pick up a glitch with an O2 sensor and clear it but didn't spot the error I was getting on the iDrive.Next I tried it with a BMW Z3 that had an OBD2 connector but for some reason it didn't want to connect although it had power. This is a crossover period as it had the BMW 20 pin connector as well as an early OBD2. Once I connected it to the 20 pin using an adaptor it did pick up the car but didn't identify the TC WL that was illuminated on the dash. It did pick up and clear some other stored codes which seemed like a 1 off.Finally I used it on friends E91 BMW Air bag WL that had accidentally been set off when he'd been messing around with wires. This one it did pick up and clear.So it's been mixed with my experience. The item itself is very very simple to use and good for most people to at least get an idea or a warm fuzzy feeling of knowing what the flashing EML means on their car. I'm planning to keep this stored under the boot floor as a handy tool in case anything pops up.This obviously isn't the best out there but then it also doesn't cost £10,000. Depending on what your needs are it may well be a worthy addition to your garage and something that will save you an expensive labour charge at a garage.

Bought to check an error code on car. Worked perfectly and cleared code.

Can't really give a review on the product as it didn't work for my car. It would read the faults (engine light 02 sensor) however when i asked it to take the code off it would say there was no fault logged.Mainly bought it to save me paying for the garage to take off the engine light for an electric fault but it didn't work

Purchased this tester as I own a Mercedes. The engine warning light came on a few weeks ago (my thoughts were oh my god is it going to blow up this time) and I was concerned as to what the problem could be, if you've ever owned a Mercedes car then you'll know exactly what I mean. Taking it to Mercedes can cost a minimum of £100 just to drive it through the doors so I thought sod it, I'll keep driving the damn thing until something terminal happens, it's only worth about £1500 these days! After a few weeks had gone by and its still driving fine, my curiosity got the better of me so I bit the bullet and spent on the tester... I plugged it in, it talked to my car and told me that a Heater sensor was triggered, phew!! So I hit the reset button and now the engine warning light has gone out and has stayed off for a week, I'm now as happy as a pig in sh*t. The best ££ I've ever spent on my car, compared to the £700 it cost me last time for Mercedes to replace the ECU and do a wiring check... Hope someone finds this review useful...

A nice solid product with understandable buttons making it simple to use. I just plugged in the code reader to the car (Ford Fiesta) computer and it told me the fault code and cleared it up. The problem was fixed. It also checked for other problems with the car engine. Took around ten minutes. Saves me going to the garage to check the fault codes with simple plug and play. Modern looking, strong colour, Good display and easy to follow.

yes it lights up and scrolls around screen but i followed instructions from poorly documented instruction book and got know where i wrote to company and not answer to my question it may work for you but that's all I can say it does not show or connect to my unit even though it lights up and my car is compatible so i still have no answers so poor results and feed back from me.

Väldigt liten.. Usel funktion. Tar 1 av 10 bilar. Klarar inte av att läsa obd2 diagnoser oftast. Händer ibland att den hittar en bil av tio.Seg som fan och tillverkning av billig tunn plast, känns som att den ska gå söndrr i handen. Betyg: Minus -10

Fonctionne très bien très pratique

Motorsteuergerät kann ausgelesen und bestehende Fehler können gelöscht werden. Für den Preis kann man halt auch nicht mehr erwarten.Zwei Sterne Abzug, weil Fehler in Englisch angezeigt werden, obwohl das gerät auf deutsch gestellt wurde.Das googeln ist nervig.

Prodotto arrivato parecchio prima rispetto la consegna prevista, però il pacco tutto sigillato e il dispositivo integro e compreso di informazioni sul suo utilizzo in inglese e nessun altra lingua. Ottimo prodotto con qualità prezzo ottimale.Rispetto agli altri che sono sui 10 e 5 o 15 euro vi consiglio più questo perché non ha bisogno di nessun applicazione sul cellulare, in oltre è facile da attaccare allo spinotto dell'auto e molto affidabile anche in quanto ti segnala quando bisogna prima accendere l'auto per la corretta diagnosi.CONSIGLIO 100%
