I'm so disappointed by Amazon. This product is obviously used and yet they sold it to me like new. At first glance the product didn't come with his plastic cover. The book arrived today, the hardcover is dirty obviously used, the sticker is ripped. It has small cuts and a very visible cut in the top side. There are sticky notes in the book and flags. This is not the quality I paid for over hundred dollars.
