JVCC Window Glazing Tape [Double-Sided, Closed Cell] (DC-WGT-01): 1/4 in. x 75 ft. x 1/8 in. thick (Black)

I used this to seal a replacement window in my kitchen garden window - it was easy to use. The tape is two sided, first put it on the frame and then put the glass in - be sure to align the glass properly otherwise you will have to take it out and do it again - like I had to. Do a trial run without taking the tape cover off the glass-side as practice so you know how to align the glass. This tape is much easier and cleaner than using a liquid sealant.

Sticks the first time so make sure it is where you want it. Super adhesion to install new glass in a window frame. We ordered new double pane glass and installed it into the old frame with this tape. Worked great and saved hundreds of dollars doing it ourself.

had to replace glazing on several metal sash windows, with the windows still mounted. This tape help me mount the new glass and insures consistent spacing between glass and steel sash - one side adheres to the sash the other side adheres to the glass. Need to use a fresh Xacto blade. The downside is that this is relatively soft foam and need to be gentle while pressing the putty, strong enough to ensure you fill all the gaps between glass and sash, but not pop the glass out

I didn't use this for what it was made for- I do paper crafts and used it for a group making "shaker" cards...This was overall much cheaper than foam tape, and just the right width and thickness. It is VERY sticky and not repositionable, but it worked great for what we used it for. It's also nice that it's black- didn't show up on our dark card. It was GREAT.

We used this to stick some 1/8" aluminum letters to an interior wall - worked great. Very sticky.I applied one side and rolled it on for insurance, then just stuck the letters to the wall. I would not want to be the person who has to remove them at some point down the road.

I bought this because the window seal wasn't keeping the ants out last summer. After installing this, I noticed the draft wasn't coming in through that window at all. I won't know how well it will work about keeping the ants out for about another month.

I broke an insulated window and was told it was not available. I had new glass cut and put it together with this tape and I worked without a problem. Saved me $100.
