These are a convenience over the stock caps. I use them now that I have them, but I honestly wouldn't buy them. My issues:- Dripping thinner down the bottle: The spacing between the cap base and spout is small, like 1mm, and once a drop of thinner gets in that space then surface tension will suck more along. You'll dribble thinner down the side of the bottle as you pour, until you wick the thinner under the spout away with paper towel or something.- Thinner on fingers when opening/closing: The spacing between the spout and the twist is small (<0.5 mm) so it's hard not to touch the spout + wet thinner as you close it. Once that happens, you may get paint from your gloves on the spout, plus you have to take care not to touch a model with thinner on your fingers.- Nozzle pours too fast: Thinner pours really fast and these caps fully open will pour out 3-5mL in a blink. I usually twist them so the opening is like 5-15% open, but there's a tiny difference between that and 40% open, drowning your paint mix when you only wanted a few drops. I don't know why they didn't make the opening on one side of the nozzle small so you could use that side for drop-wise pouring!
