I really can't rate this for flavor, absorbency, or ease of swallowing, but it's the bomb for removing iron stains in my swimming pool. I literally sprinkle a small amount on top of the water over a stain and let it fall and within 15 seconds the stain is gone.

Really good deal for the money. I use 1-2 teaspoons in about 8 ounces of dilute juice, and sip it throughout the day. Helps clear congestion and a great way to fight colds (or worse)!!

If I were selling an item by weight on Amazon, I would add a little extra, rather than risk skimping. Verified weight of contents (less the weight of the bag) with 2 different scales. Also there is a mix of crystal sizes -- powder size and a larger flake size. Seems to have a normal ascorbic acid taste.
