LIFE-FLOCarrier Oil | 16oz (Pure Grapeseed Oil)

I purchased this product after lots and lots of research into the oil cleansing method and I have to say that I am quite pleased. I have been using this product on my face every morning for the purpose of cleansing and moisturizing for over a month now. Who would have ever thought that an oil can help to clean your face? Well, against all intuition, it does. This oil does what it claims to do. It does not at all clog my pores. It tightens them. It moisturizes a little, but I find that I need to follow up with a moisturizing non-astringent oil in very very tiny amounts after this oil because this grapeseed oil will tighten my skin and dry it out a little bit. My skin seems to love this stuff; I will massage it into my unwashed, dry face each morning and then follow up with a wet hot washcloth to remove the excess. My face glows like it never did before and I have fewer breakouts. I used to have an oily complexion, but now, my oil is far more tamed because my skin is always moisturized properly with this oil (and jojoba oil as the follow-up moisturizer). Definitely money worth spent. And I don't go through it very fast either; it's gonna last me a long time.The only thing is, there is no USDA organic label on it, so there is no real proof that it is in fact organic.EDITED on May 17, 2014 to add:I have been using this for nearly a year now an I am still pleased with this product. I have a little less than half of the bottle left and there are no signs of rancidity at all. Still smells good. No discoloration. Still getting the same results. It really does cleanse the face. You will never believe that an oil will clean your face until you try it. If you have an oily complexion, you will be mortified like I was to try it--but guess what. It works. And here's why: contrary to everything you've ever heard about acne and skin cleansing, your skin NEEDS and WANTS oil. If you wash it all away and don't moisturize it or replace it with something, your skin is going to react by making EXCESSIVE amounts of oil. I've always had an oily complexion, and it comes right back if I fail to moisturize.I use this oil to cleanse my face but then I follow up with jojoba oil as my moisturizer, and my face is very happy with that, and it keeps the oily complexion away.Ladies, you know that feeling when you wake up in the morning with that icky, oil slick feeling to your face? I guarantee you that will go away if you keep your face moisturized 24/7. After your facewash at night, apply a moisturizer (jojoba oil, very light application, rub it in). In the morning you will not feel the oil slick anymore.

Use this product as substitute for lipids. Unable to tolerate lipids in TPN so use this on skin to absorb the needed nutrients.Smell is as expected and good quality and value.

This is my first experience using Safflower Oil and so far I am loving it. It is a great moisturizer on my legs, which always get so dry. I find that this oil absorbs faster and is much less greasy than coconut oil, which I was previously using. I can also use it on my face without it making me break out like some other oils do.I bought Thanaka powder along with this, as the combination is supposed bring about permanent hair removal, so we'll see how that goes. But it definitely leaves my skin feeling much softer after just a week of use. I haven't used it on my hair yet, but plan to once the colder winter weather gets here.This is a good price for a great product and I will buy from this seller again.

I’ve tried all the most popular oils on the market for my scalp and face and nothing has worked like this product! I have a super oily T-zone, am prone to breakouts, and my scalp gets inflamed scalp with dandruff. None of that happened with this oil!!! This is the FIRST time I’ve tried an oil that complete made my entire face look normal, soft with a subtle non-greasy glow. Normally if I put oil on my face at night I wake up with enlarged pores and more oil. I woke up with normal skin the past few nights. Also, normally if I put oil on my scalp, I’ll wake up with a red inflamed scalp and some dandruff. That also did NOT happen with this oil. I called Life Flo to verify things and this oil IS HIGH LINOLEIC ACID! They verified that it’s 70% which is why my skin looks and feels balanced. It also has comedogenic rating of zero, which is why it doesn’t clog my pores! They don’t know the oleic acid content but I take it that’s its low for it to work with well. It didn’t not moisturize my curly hair well (but didn’t harm it either). Again, the benefits to my scalp and skin are AMAZING!

I wanted fractionated coconut oil to dilute my therapeutic essential oils with but I couldn't find any for a reasonable price with free shipping that was organic. This product seems to be doing the job just fine - I've been using it on my face mixed with tea tree oil and my skin has actually CLEARED UP! (this could also be hormonal, I recently went off a medication I think might have been contributing to the problem so it's hard to say which was the solution) I put it on at night before bed and by morning my skin is soft - no oil!*****this product is not certified organic by any third party as far as I can tell**** The label says "organically grown" but no USDA label or any other certification that I see.

Feels great on your skin

Okay, so I'm kind of obsessed with this. It seems like it won't soak in, but it does it just takes awhile. It is sooo worth it though. I have extremely break out prone skin. I also am a dry and oil combo. I can get reeeally dry and really oily at the same time. This has been amazing for my skin as a morning and night moisturizer. I use it as a carrier oil for certain essential oils I use daily. It works perfectly for that. It balances the oils in my skin and moisturizes. I have almost no pimples on my face, so it definitely hasn't broken me out. It does come with oil all over in the box, but it was sealed so I'm not going to dock it because this product works so well.

This organic Safflower oil is effective and inexpensive. It's moisturizing, and it has a very faint, pleasant floral scent. It absorbs into the skin well and is not overly heavy like Castor Oil. However, it does seem to be slower absorbing than Sunflower Oil, which is my favorite carrier oil, along with Avocado Oil.Safflower oil is great for a variety of bodycare products and uses, including moisturizers, lotions, lip balm, and body scrubs.Overall, this safflower oil is of good quality, and I would buy it again. It's one of the better ones.

Perfect for diluting essential oils. I like the way I can dispense droplets directly into little bottles easily.

This oil is amazing. I use on my stretch marks and hands, because every other lotion or cream I've tried hasn't done anything. It's worked wonders on my stretch marks, my thighs, bottom and waist. My husband keeps saying that I've lost weight, as my thighs, bottom and waist have reduced so much in size. Over the years I've found it really hard to find a good moisturiser for my hand and more so for my nails, as they just kept braking or splitting. So when i read up about this oil I thought OK I'll give it a try. Boy oh boy I was so surprised that it really does work.For me grapeseed oil is so much better than any of the other products that are advertised on TV. I've not yet tried it on my face as I still have my facial moisturisers to use up, but once I have I'm using this.

I love this grapeseed oil. This was the first ceramide oil I bought when I first started my hair journey. I use it in my prepoos, deep conditioning and it is nice and light enough to use on a daily basis when I'm sealing my hair. I really think this has contributed to my hair growth from nape length to almost bra strap length. It is very affordable and will last for months even though I shared it with my friends and family. I actually just started my second bottle. You can definitely be assured of getting quality oils when buying the Life-Flo brand. I've also purchased their Safflower oil, Hempseed oil and Coconut oil , all of which are staples throughout my hair journey.
